  Wasn’t too bad. Pretty worn however. Neighbors were super loud at random times throughout the night. Hall smelled of marijuana. Pretty sure some shady stuff was going on in the next room. Breakfast was nothing great. You can tell they just went to Costco or something and bought bread and mini donuts and yogurt. The guy at the desk in the evenings was not personable at all. Also, my first couple of nights had to finish my shower within about 3 minutes before running out of hot water.

  Hotel is outdated but most areas are clean. Breakfast is mini continental. Don't expect more then just a coffee. Staff is ok.

  I didn’t even stay at this hotel. I booked the room through Expedia at 1:54 a.m. without realizing that the reservation was made for the following night. I was driving last minute and tired, so it was an honest mistake. When I arrived around 2:52 a.m., I explained the situation to the front desk clerk, but he was extremely rude and dismissive. I asked if the date could be adjusted since less than an hour had passed, but he refused to help. Instead, he told me I could contact Expedia to cancel, though he added that I wouldn’t receive a refund. He insisted that the only option was to pay again for that night if I wanted to stay. On top of that, the hotel had a foul odor, and the floors and walls looked dirty with a grimy residue. Overall, the experience was terrible — poor customer service and a lack of professionalism. It seems like the hotel cares more about money than customer satisfaction. Let this hotel be your last option if you can't find anything closer.

  La carretera está en construcción, entrar es difícil hay que pedir abran el Road closed, todo el mobiliario descuidado como viejo, la madera en sillas, muebles, ganchos, parece sucia la alfombra del pasillo

  This place definitely needs some work. I stayed here awhile ago and was not impressed by the staff or the room I was put it. The staff hung up on me when I tried to make a phone reservation. I stayed for one evening and that was enough to put me off. The room I was in smelled like cigarettes and looked like a lot of patch work was done. As a Best Western chain I thought it would've had better standards. Unless renovations are coming up I will more then likely never stay at this place again. Also management made a photocopy of my ID which I found very strange. I will definitely be emailing corporate about that. Please see photos for the patch work of the room I was put in.
