Fresh paint and nice beds.I refuse to stay anywhere else only because of rates, rooms are clean and staff is friendly. The gentlemen Shae is very helpful. All those times I've never experienced anything bad. I'm pretty sure you won't be able to find a better place at this price. Thank you to staff for be kind

Pretty sure some shady stuff was going on in the next room. Breakfast was nothing great. You can tell they just went to Costco or something and bought bread and mini donuts and yogurt. The guy at the desk in the evenings was not personable at all. Also, my first couple of nights had to finish my shower within about 3 minutes before running out of hot water.

I was driving last minute and tired, so it was an honest mistake. When I arrived around 2:52 a.m., I explained the situation to the front desk clerk, but he was extremely rude and dismissive. I asked if the date could be adjusted since less than an hour had passed, but he refused to help. Instead, he told me I could contact Expedia to cancel, though he added that I wouldn’t receive a refund. He insisted that the only option was to pay again for that night if I wanted to stay. On top of that, the hotel had a foul odor, and the floors and walls looked dirty with a grimy residue. Overall, the experience was terrible — poor customer service and a lack of professionalism. It seems like the hotel cares more about money than customer satisfaction. Let this hotel be your last option if you can't find anything closer.
