  The fridge did not work properly and wasn't cooling for the food we had with us and we had to get use ice packs. We notified the front desk 4 times during our stay and someone came to check. We were asked if we wanted to move rooms, but we did not see the need to move if they could bring another fridge to the room on our 2nd day there. Told us to give them 2 to 3 hrs because their manager had the key to get the updated fridges. We left the hotel and came back and the fridge was not changed out. So for our five day trip no working fridge. The ac unit does not cleaned better. There is dust and possible mold spores. I like the fact they come by to get trash, refresh towels and bedding daily. Few times we did not require it the bedding changed, but it was good they checked if we needed items. Comp breakfast does need more options for guest the only items available is 3 type of sliced bread, whole milk, 3 types of coffee, maybe 2 juices, 3 kinds of cereal, waffle station, eggs and pork sausage. Adding muffins, bagels, cream cheese, turkey bacon or sausage, hash brown patties, options of fruits would ensure the customer are getting more quality breakfast for time they have to stay and price. Overall, the staff were nice and quick to bring certain items to the room, but timeliness on getting proper amenities such as a fridge in the room was horrible waited all 4 days of our stay with no resolution.

  Black mold everywhere. You can see it and smell it. It’s worth spending an extra $30 at a different spot. You can tell they do no upkeep on this property.

  Great location near lots of eateries, shopping centers, historical sites, downtown. The place has free breakfast decent pool and gym.

  The window shades were open by the bed which lets the whole parking lot see in. When closed you could still see around the edges. There’s also a window by the door with a tiny shade that lets anyone in the pool see into your bathroom, as you sit down to pee you face that window. The shade doesn’t cover the window entirely. There was also a note saying the lock doesn’t work and to use the extra flip lock thingy. Super great! The towels had yellow stains, the toilet had hairs all over it, and the shower was rusty and gross. The pillows were sad and lumpy and old. The nightstand was sticky. There was paint splatter over everything showing they quickly repainted at some point in time. The mini fridge was barely cooler than room temp and the freezer section was thawing. The free breakfast was gross. Usually I love the waffles but these were disgusting. The sausage links had a weird taste and weren’t warm, and the scrambled eggs were very powdery and watery. Also it was advertised on Google as $49 a room but I was charged $94.
