  Room was absolutely filthy. Floors, top of the bedding, every single wall, the dressers were covered with dust, even the curtains had brown marks and dirty handprints and grime on everything. The furniture was also unusable as the drawers wouldn’t open. Our room was very torn up with uneven tiles, broken tiles and ripped off baseboards. The entire hotel was HOT as heck and the ac in our room took hours to get to a comfortable level. Service was average & location is decent for the lunch we had at the river walk and concert we went to at Frost Bank Arena. It was decent enough for a few hours of shut eye before traveling back to Houston, but we HEAVILY considered just leaving as soon as we got back from the concert and driving home.

  I stayed one night in San Antonio. Sure stay airport checking in at 8 PM checking out at 10 AM. I woke up with dozens of bedbug bites all over our legs. We suffered for four days scratching and itching trying to get some sort of prescription to stop the itching I reached out to the hotel several times they told me to direct it to Dee khushal A certain times certain days I called consistently for one week for a refund for one night and they refused. They avoided my calls lied to me took my info never called me back. I warned everyone that doesn’t want to get bit by bedbugs to not stay in this hotel. It’s an And customer service at the front desk was absolutely no help. I reached out to their website at all as well and they would not return any refund. I reached out to Expedia and they simply told me they would give me $20 in key one credit which I refuse to accept. Do not stay in this Hotel, unless you want travel bugs to go home with you. Pictures are taken in the hotel room as you can see by the floors.

  Customer service is great but despite stating that had shuttle to airport they do not. Also, breakfast was inedible the eggs tasted weird and sausage not fully cooked. and there were ants on counter (due to guest spilled sugar) at least they ants ate😂. I told staff and he took care of it immediately. Wonderful staff. Rooms are roomy but not spotless so if you have OCD about dirty baseboards and dust this is not a place for you.

  1st- Whatever your price is, add $100. They make you pay that as a deposit and then keep it essentially. We bagged our own trash and even stripped the beds for the maids and they charged us. 2nd- Their breakfast is a joke. Toast and coffee essentially....and 2x They ran out if toast. 3rd- Their housekeepers are loud and annoying. We could hear them yelling at each other in the halls and laughing all day long. It's louder than the TV. 4th- AC was loud and the toilet broke while we were there. Nobody came to fix it. There are multiple options in the same price range within 3 miles of this place, stay clear.

  If you don't read my whole long review below, that's okay here is the gist: Do Not Stay Here, It's A Joke! The pictures online lie. For 68 dollars a night, I wasn't expecting too much but much more than this. Then they have the audacity charge a 100 dollar deposit?! My more expensive hotel I had earlier this same trip was half that for the deposit. That's more than the room cost! The room was dirty with stains on the countertops and furniture. The floor was sticky. The bathroom was dimly lit and most of the electrical plugs wouldn't hold any kind of a charger for phones. The in room telephone did not even have a cable running to it. The smoke detector had a grocery plastic sack wrapped around it which is very sketchy. The breakfast oh wait there was none. A couple of dirty cereal dispensing machines and a fridge with two yogurts in it, which after all I experienced would have surprised me if they were expired. The only up side was that the bed sheets were clean but the bed was eh at best. Luckily it was only a one night stay for me. I would say no one should stay here. Best Western used to be a quality name brand but hitching their name to this place is a black eye for them. I will likely avoid any Best Western branded hotel moving forward. I think sleeping in my car would have been better.
