- AAAlexJan 2, 20262.0Checked in, nothing out of the ordinary. Was given my room key, which did not work. The woman at the front desk just shrugged and said "oh well, I can let you in." Refused to try to reactivate the card or give another card to try to fix it. 2 hours on the phone with many different customer relations and threatening to charge back I finally got a working room key. Funnily enough, the next day I accidentally locked myself out and the man at the front desk that day got me a new working card within 20 seconds.
