  PLEASE READ. We were previously at an awful dirty hotel so we decided to pack up late at night and move to this hotel. BEST DECISION EVER. We have been so comfortable here at Staybridge Lackland AFB. Alyssa is amazing and so friendly. The hotel was filling up quick (that’s a good sign) but she did everything she could to get us checked in and comfortable. The room is beautiful! Light, bright, airy, clean. It smells good. The sheets and crisp and clean. The bathroom was spotless. The staff are diligent and friendly. Top notch! The breakfast has been amazing. The maple cinnamon waffles and crispy bacon were SO good. The evening appetizers are a huge plus. We had meatballs and spring rolls. From start to finish, this entire experience has been refreshing and relaxing. We enjoyed a Day at Sea World (9 minutes away) and came back to a relaxing evening at the hotel. Thank you Alyssa and team!!

  Great location for attending basic training graduation. Plenty of other facilities are also in the immediate area. Its a good place, clean and inexpensive enough for the common man and his family.

  My first stay at Staybridge Suites San Antonio Lackland AFB Area completely exceeded my expectations! I was in town for a very special occasion, my son’s graduation from Lackland AFB, and the experience made the trip even more memorable. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The housekeeping staff was exceptional, keeping everything spotless and comfortable throughout my stay. A special shoutout to Alyssa and Morgan at the front desk. Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care truly stood out. They even had the opportunity to meet my son after his graduation, which made the experience even more personal and meaningful. I’d also like to thank the gentleman at the front desk who assisted me with my checkout early this morning. I regret that I forgot his name, but he was incredibly kind and helpful. I’ve been raving about my stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit such a wonderful experience.

  After incorrectly, putting The amount of nights needed Alyssa and Mike went above and beyond to not only extend me another day, but make sure I kept the same rate from the flash sale. Thank you so much for all your help. I will definitely stay here again
