  Overall, the check-in and staff are amazing. The rooms have had the much needed updates with USB ports for charging needs. Breakfast and socials are a plus and great environment. The location is the right location for restaurants and 4 mins from the airport!! This staybridge has elevated its security around the building and with a night watch.

  We have been staying at this hotel during an incredibly difficult time after our home got on fire. I truly cannot express how grateful we are for the people here. From day one, the staff has made us feel like family. They don’t just provide a place to stay — they provide comfort, kindness, and a sense of home when we needed it most. Every single team member goes above and beyond. The front desk is always welcoming, the housekeeping staff is attentive and caring, and the kitchen team makes every morning better with an excellent breakfast. My kids are genuinely happy here, and as a parent going through a stressful situation, that means everything. Today was another example of their incredible service. I accidentally dropped my purse — which had my son’s hospital information inside — while rushing to work for an important meeting. I called the hotel in a panic, and without hesitation, they immediately went outside to search for it. Within minutes, they called me back to say they had found it. That level of urgency, care, and compassion is rare. What makes this hotel truly special is the people. From the kitchen staff to housekeeping, the front desk, and the managers who are always present and attentive — everyone is kind, professional, and genuinely caring. They consistently go out of their way to make guests feel safe and comfortable. During one of the hardest chapters of our lives, this hotel has given us stability, warmth, and peace of mind. It truly feels like home. We will never forget the kindness we’ve experienced here.

  I booked for San Valentine’s Day I went with my girl and everything was good but the front desk service, the girl on the Saturday’s afternoon was very rude and unfriendly.

  Esta es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este hotel ya que está muy cerca del aeropuerto, ambas con malas experiencias en cuanto al personal, si bien en este momento el hotel está en remodelación puedo entender áreas cerradas, pero en las dos ocaciones la puerta tenía un problema y no abría con las tarjetas, el personal del hotel tuvo que asistir todas las veces a abrirla y la tarjeta se des habilitaba todo el tiempo, así había que ir al escritorio a pedir ayuda, con su personal un tanto racista, La vez pasada compra agua minera y Coca-Colas y la chica de la resección realizó el cobro dos veces, no puede hacer el reclamo ya que salimos al día siguiente y no me percaté hasta una semana después, olvide por error los cargadores de mi iPhone, mi iwhatch y tardamos solo 5 minutos en regresar y la respuesta del personal fue no están en la habitación, fue bastante frustrante, y por último esta vez el inodoro tenía manchas de orina por fuera fue bastante desagradable pero como vimos que no había buena disposición del servicio tuve que limpiar para poder usarlo, no tengo problema con el hotel, este tipo de habitaciones son perfectas cuando uno viaja con niños pero en particular este es el único staybridge que me a tocado con este trato por parte del personal, entiendo soy mexicana y el personal americano pero aún así pago por el servicio, este comentario es tan solo para ser tomado en cuenta como oportunidad de mejora, ya que sería una lástima no regresar aquí por su excelente hubicacion.
