As a diamond elite member this is perhaps one of the worst staybridge suites I have stayed in. Asked for maintenance to come fix the AC and apparently he was already gone. The fact they charge for parking is insane considering there’s definitely not enough spots per rooms. No paper towels or dish soap in the room, dishes were not clean before arrived either all 3 plates had dried food on them! The only thing positive I can say is it is 9 mins from the zoo

And we had to pay for another hotel about 30 min driving away by ourselves. They promised to compensate our inconveniences someway, but we haven’t got any response from hotel or IHG.
