I booked through booking.com and the amount of hidden fees that weren’t listed was crazy!! Hotel is valet ONLY if you’re not an IHG member (valet $52/night, IHG guest $29/night)! When you get there, there is a $110 charge aside from the hotel room price which is used to “cover” restaurant and any additional hotel charges. If you don’t use the $110 it gets refunded! Jennifer, the sales manager is super sweet and easy to work with if you have any questions! Over all, this hotel was great for mine and my husband’s anniversary! Right on the river walk and about 15 mins away walking distance from the shops! The only thing I will say about it all, I did put a note that it was our 1 yr wedding anniversary and nothing special was done and I was hoping so as I saw some pictures of other rooms decorated! Other than that, no major complaints!!

A big thank you to Veronica and the staff at Indigo to help make this weekend special for my wife and I. Room was beautiful and spacious overlooking the riverwalk. Location was central to most of our activities. Service was Awesome
- WGW GoldenNov 15, 20253.0The hotel is as pictured. I stayed in both the standard king room facing courtyard and the king corner suite with a riverview/balcony. The rooms were nice enough. Wear is beginning to show on the laminate floors & baseboards, patched walls, shower grout/corners. The corner room is larger and the bathroom is more spacious. Rooms are equipped with fridge, coffee maker, and sink. The decor is nice the location is good and quiet. The Hotel parking lot is located across the street from the hotel and it is very convenient and very well lit. We walked to the downtown restaurants (7 minutes) the Alamo museum etc. It is a 7 min walk downtown. The staff are friendly. Check in/out quick and simple.
