I cant say this is a pleasant experience. We came with an expectation to get a riverview room but it never happens although we communicated earlier in the call and they promised us. When we chcked in, we got a extra $500 charges because of inexperienced front desk. It is never fixed till now and the front desk refused to provide a receipt or any proof that we got charged incorrectly. Then there is conncerning cleaning condition shown in photos. hair on the bed, dirt on closet, opened coffee package, etc. When i tried to reported these issues to the front desk, there is no apologize and we were treated in an attitude like we are the trouble makers. When I showed the front desk person how poor the room condition is, she asked"what do you want me to do?" I told her that i hope we can have a experience of this hotel's average at least and if can we have a room change. She refused to do so with excuse of fully booked, until the manager came and gave us a new room. The room is overall pretty old, if it is not for the riverview i will not book here and with the abovementioned experience, I dont think I will ever come back again.

Meh. This place is just OK. Since we are IHG members, we tried an Indigo for the first time thinking it was a little fancier than a holiday inn. No complimentary parking. $29. The girl at the front desk was not very friendly. Our room was lame. The windows are so bad I could hear people talking outside three stories down. The shower in our room was nice. The location is ok. Next time we will stay at the Holiday Inn.

We needed a place on the River walk and saw the ad for Hotel Indigo. We’ve stayed a couple of them and they are all nice. It technically ON the River Walk. That’s about 4 blocks away and easy to get to. A little hiccup in the kitchen the next day. Our server was glued to her phone and forgot to put in our breakfast order. We weren’t in a hurry and maybe there was something important she needed to attend to. It’s really a nice place!

Stayed for one night. Front desk at check in was somewhat nice but lacks energy and enthusiasm. The housekeepers were very nice and greeted us with a smile in the elevator and in the lobby as we enter our room. The room is very clean, and the view of our balcony was facing the pool and the river so it's pretty sweet. They have self-parking which is conveniently located across the hotel.
