  Recomiendo este hotel primeramente por la localidad, fui a visitar a mi nieta a UTSA y fue grandioso, el cuarto limpio y amplio soy con discapacidad y me dieron un cuarto para mis necesidades, el personal amable y al pendiente que es lo que necesitas, Recomiendo quedarse,

  Very close to everything you need for creature comforts and very close to highways and main roads. This hotel also feels safe, but it lacks the refinement that outstanding hotels have. It's probably the size of the rooms otherwise it was a great place to stay when I was visiting: Service is outstanding.

  Horrible Horrible experience. Room was so dirty asked for a new room it was worse. front desk staff treated us like we were a bother. He was so rude to the point of being disrespectful. Carpet were super dirty red stain spots everywhere. Sofa extremely dirty. Head boards had stains. Fridge had leaking water.

  We were pretty confortable in the room. The walls and floors are a bit thin and you can hear heavy walkers above you and the TV next door. They do charge 12.95 for a breakfast buffet and it appeared to be the same items hotels used to provide as part of staying with them.

  Very disappointing experience. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk, and we were left waiting with no explanation. A hotel should always have someone available at reception. When a staff member finally showed up, his attitude was tense and unwelcoming. Every time we approached the desk, he seemed irritated and confrontational. Instead of resolving concerns professionally, the situation escalated unnecessarily, and police involvement was even mentioned — which was shocking given that we were simply paying guests expecting basic service. Management should seriously review how guest interactions are handled. Hospitality requires professionalism and respect, and unfortunately, that was not our experience here.
