Every time we stay at the Holiday Inn, we’re reminded why it’s our go-to hotel. Miss Fabi consistently delivers outstanding customer service — she truly goes above and beyond to make every visit exceptional. We stay here multiple times a year, and she always greets us with a warm smile and genuine care. If you’re looking for top-notch service and true comfort, this is the Holiday Inn to choose. And don’t forget to say hello to Miss Fabi — she’s the heart of this place!

This hotel is in a pretty convenient location but unfortunately this would not make it worth my stay again. The first room was not prepared- blankets up on the TV shelf, pillows spread out all across the beds, and the bathroom had not been restocked with new toiletries. The front desk staff was kind and assigned me a new room. This room was on the first floor and had numerous issues: two dead bugs in the bathroom, one giant alive beetle in the entryway. The shower water was just barely warm, not hot. The first floor rooms have what seems like a connecting door to the next room- it locked but gave the sense that it wasn't that safe. The walls on that floor seemed paper thin and we could hear talking from the next room. Thankfully the staff at the desk again was kind and changed my room to a higher floor. This room was quiet but not well cleaned. The bathroom had hair and debris on the floor and the toilet/surrounding floor area especially were not clean.

As much as I want to give you guys a 1 star, I’m being reasonable with my review. Why 1 star? Because holiday inn needs to let this old hotel go. It’s ran down and old. Not nice antique old either, just worn down and muggy type old. I thought it was Indian scented when I walked in, but that’s just how the hotel smells. Everything worked in the room though, even the old LG TV. But you guys at Holiday in are working hard for this 4 star average review. If you check in, and look across the street, their is another hotel their and you’re like, “why didn’t I just stay there?” People slam doors aaaaaaall night too. I’m tired as heck writing this review. Oh, they charge for their typical hotel breakfast that’s gives you a stomach ache too. You know what I’m talking about? Every hotel breakfast gives you a stomach ache… not sure why. But they charge for sausage patty, fake scrambled eggs, and biscuits! They charge for it!! I walked in to scope it out, and the lunch lady was digging a hair out of the jalapeños. I’m good… I’ll just stay hungry. I was gonna let my wife come over after her business trip, but she was like, “heck no, get another hotel.” Whoops.

Not only no credit for reservation, and also rude to kids,my kids ate breakfast in dining room, the kitchen employees kept asking my kids to pay after my kids told them that my mom has 250usd deposit at front desk and you can deduct from the room. After my kids run away because of this,I left cell number ask them to give me a call, they didn’t do! It was terrible experience stay this hotel! And they only use kind words to reply here, all women work this hotel are rude and don’t respect any one! Disgusting!

Customer service was horrible. I called guest services, and the lady who answered was very rude. I just wanted to confirm my room reservation, but I was told that I had been transferred to a different hotel because they were overbooked — something no one ever informed me about. If I hadn’t called, I would’ve driven all the way there only to find out at check-in that I didn’t have a room. When I asked for the address of the new hotel, she refused to give it to me. Instead, she only mentioned the street name and said I didn’t need the full address because it would “show up.” Throughout the entire call, I was polite and understanding, but her attitude and arrogance were completely unnecessary. This has never happened to me before at this hotel — what a shame. If she was having a bad day, she shouldn’t have taken it out on me.
