  Housekeeping was non-existent, Extremely disappointed: I stayed here from Jan 1st to Jan 4th and my room was NEVER cleaned. After the first night, I reported it to the front desk and they documented the issue. The next morning, I specifically approached the staff again to ask for special attention to ensure our room wouldn't be forgotten. They assured me it would be done, yet I returned that night to a dirty room once again. When I confronted the night staff, They offered no solutions, no room changes, and showed zero interest in providing any sort of compensation for the service they failed to deliver. We had to take out our own trash, get our own towels, and change our own bed sheets. This felt more like a poorly managed self-service rental than a Holiday Inn.

  Good location near the highway, right down the street from Costco, Sams and Walmart. The 3rd party website stated that there was breakfast included upon check in this was not the case, Steven was nice enough to assist us. We did not get the room serviced since we did not need it but we were given clean towels upon request. We stayed on the 3rd floor and there was a lot of noise from upstairs, it sounded like someone running back and forth. I called the front desk and they were willing to call and assist with resolving this so that we could fall asleep. We did leave a metal reuseable coffee mug that was a Christma gift inside the sink when we checked out. We called and notified the front desk of our error. The next day Fabi was nice enough to call me and tell me that the coffee cup was not found. It might have walked away. It was during a busy holiday weekend so it might take an extra day but I was reassured that if it showed up they would call us. I will update with any future contact.

  Guy at the front desk is extremely rude and has the worst customer service. Didn't try to assist at all when trying to book a room.

  We dont usually stay at holiday inn hotels but im glad we did. The front desk staff member was Fabi she made it so easy at check in, she took her time greeting us and overall was so kind her name is Fabi and then we meet Steven and he was the evening staff member same kind of kindness. Room was clean, bed was comfy and the shower had the best pressure. Overall def a 10 we will be visiting again.
