  The locations is perfect for Seaworld. We even took their shuttle service and had a very pleasant. We used the shuttle back and forth twice in a single day. Saves on parking and drop off is right at the entrance. The breakfast is great with made to order eggs. Was so delighted with the two day stay, generously tipped both the shuttle driver and restaurant staff. Rooms are a bit unclean and AC in the room didn't work even at 68°F.

  This isn't a 5 star hotel but I gave it 5 stars because the service is there for you 24 hours and super courteous. The breakfast was plentiful, and included scones, english muffins, eggs, bacon, sausage, french toast, biscuits and gravy one of the days, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, and they leave the coffee carafe at your table for easy refills. We enjoyed both breakfasts, they hit the spot! Tvs were big in the rooms, they provide tea, coffee, microwave and mini fridge in the basic room. They have pool tables, only $1 to play, and very nice lobby decor. Very convenient to Seaworld, my friend could see the rides from her window.

  Los cuartos necesitan ser limpiado de mejor manera. La alfombra y los baños no se ven bien. El elevador hace ruido. Las piscinas necesitan que las limpien. Lo único bueno es su localización si vas para SeaWorld. Pedí una toalla al front desk a las 9 pm, quedaron en llevarmela al cuarto y nunca me la llevaron. Me he quedado en varios Holiday Inn, pero ese necesita más limpieza y remodelación.

  Run away, don't walk. It is appalling that this room is available to be booked as it is evident that no cleaning services have been rendered in some time. The room reeks of mildew and mold and there are stains quite literally everywhere except the bed (that we have found). The only thing I haven't seen in here are pests (again, that we have found). The young lady at the desk, while sympathetic offered no solution to our problem other than to stick it out as there were no other rooms available. So our options were to stick it out, or sleep in our car. We walked into the room with the air being on, and as you can see, there seems to be a microbial growth in there so that has been dispersed into the entire room. Also, we were told that none of the bathroom ventilation is operable, so I am guessing that is where the aforementioned mold problem originates from. Not only that, we were given a conjoined room (against out booking reservation) and can hear our next door neighbor snoring all night. Hotel management couldn't be in till the next morning at 9am, though to their credit they did approve a total refund almost immediately. It's just disheartening knowing that rooms like this are bookable.

  We come to SA twice a year to visit family. We chose Holiday Inn Sea World because of its location but come back each visit because of the wonderful service. Breakfast in The Grill is a highlight. We so enjoyed having Ambrocha as our server. She was pleasant, attentive and greeted us each morning with a sweet smile and friendly conversation. We have also come to know Alma in our many visits here. She is a gem as well. The hotel is clean and well maintained in the lobby and restaurant. Our only concern is that the rooms could use a little updating.
