We had a couple of small challenges with our room but we were given a low hassle fix for these challenges. Fabiola (Faviola?) and the girl she was working with (sorry I didnt catch your name) were very nice and accommodating. April at the front desk was so sweet also. The kind and polite staff were the best part of our stay. My kids liked the cats too
The bar tenders gave great service, the only thing I would say about the experience at the bar is that the flickering lights WILL trigger a seizure with someone who has epilepsy. I personally have seen this happen from a flickering light and its scary so I highly recommend fixing that dimmer switch. It gave me a headache sitting there so I only ordered the one drink and left. I would have stayed longer if not for that.
The food was pricey so we mostly ate other places but my kids ordered the $18 ravioli plate and it came with 6 raviolis and a small spring mix type salad, my daughter said it was the best.
Overall I would recommend staying here. We actually had a really good experience overall

We didn't like this hotel.
1) It didn't feel like family-friendly hotel. Outdoor pool was filled with adults drinking beer and listening to music on boombox.
2) The indoor pool is unpleasant. It stinks chlorine and it has a design flaw - the floor next to the pool is higher than next to the walls, so water is always standing on the floor and you need to walk in like 3 inches of water, very unsafe.
3) They have only 2 (slow) elevators for 200 rooms, so the wait time was 5-10 minutes. They even opened the service elevator for public use, which is located inside the janitorial room.
4) You cannot get to the first floor using staircases (if you want to skip elevator), because staircases lead you directly to the outside of the building (I have never seen such hotel design before).
5) Breakfast is not free, but if you pay at the reception, it is 50% cheaper than if you pay inside the dining area.
6) One thing that is not related to the hotel itself, but is annoying is that if you want to make a surprise-trip to Seaworld for your child, expect random people asking you unnecessary questions like "Oh, did you come here for Seaworld"? :)
