- JSJustin Sukal2 days ago1.0Our stay was unfortunately very disappointing. We had no hot water for our entire stay, which meant taking cold showers. When we called the front desk, they said maintenance would come fix it while we were out at SeaWorld. When we returned, the water was only lukewarm at best. At that point we were exhausted and didn’t want to spend more time calling and dealing with it again. We also tried the on-site restaurant, and it was by far one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. We ordered a grilled cheese for our daughter, and honestly my 6-year-old could make a better one. The cheese wasn’t even melted and the bread wasn’t toasted (see attached pictures). Our other daughter ordered mac and cheese, which tasted like it came straight out of a box. As for my wife’s and my meals, we didn’t even take more than a bite. Luckily we spent most of the day at SeaWorld and weren’t at the hotel much, but overall this was one of the worst hotel stays we’ve experienced.
- DPdominique pride2 days ago3.0Checked in on 3/20/26 had a double queen bedroom #327 walked into the bathroom and immediately seen a pool of water on the floor and the sound of water dripping. Looked up at the ceiling and there was mold, paint peeling and water dripping. Walked back to the desk and informed the receptionist don’t remember her name. She was polite and did give us another room. Outside of that the location is perfect for a short 10 drive to seaworld and plenty of restaurants nearby
