- MNMarlo Navarro1 day ago5.0Location is perfect and service is great. The only problem we had was the tv and remote in the room stopped working together because of connection issues. It doesn’t help that the tv did not have any physical buttons so I had to unplug the whole thing to turn it off. I just don’t get why the tv company would sell a tv like that or the hotel buying tv’s as such. Other than that stay was great.

Our room was not cleaned well, location was by the elevator and that's all we heard when we slept. Other hotel guests were extremely rude, camping out around the lobby with shoes of and making guests walk around them and their big party. Kids were running around the hotel, screaming at all hours of the night. Doors slamming on the am hours by housekeeping. Bed was very uncomfortable, pillows were flat and uncomfortable as well. Not a great experience at all.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the two bedrooms we were assigned did not meet expectations. We found candy on the floor, hair in the sink, and dried mucus on the bed sheets, which was quite concerning. We hope this feedback helps improve its standards, as the hotel has a lot of potential!

However, in the midst of my anxiety in going to see my local oncologist, I accidentally left a James Avery charm bracelet in the room. I called 15 times over 5 days before I was actually connected to someone who helped me. On the previous calls I had left my name, phone number email, repeatedly. Of course, they then claimed that the bracelet wasn’t found and it was absolutely left there. It’s my fault for leaving it, but the service to get help regarding it was inexcusable. Beware if you leave anything behind- you will most likely never see it again. The experience after the stay completely voided our previous opinion of the hotel.

Estacionamiento ultra caro, sin duda el más caro de la zona y sin disponibilidad, nos lo cobraron y ni pudimos encontrar lugar, no hay prioridad para huéspedes. 3. Habitaciones y baños sucios, no hacían la limpieza y tuvimos que hablar constantemente a recepción. 4. Reserve con un precio y al llegar hicieron más cargos que al final salió más caro que otros hoteles mejores. En resumen si tienen la oportunidad de quedarse aquí, DESAPROVECHENLA!
