We had to ask twice for the people at the front desk to help us turn up the volume and we called another time so they could change the channel. One of the young ladies said that she was not trained on how to use the television. TV is 70 years old. Young people should not need special training to work the volume or change the channel using a hotel remote control. I am not old. I sell software for a living. A small child should be able to use a tv remote control. I have stayed at many hotels, and this was the 1st time I could not use the TV in my room. I wasn't going to call for help a 3rd time. I turned it off; and I will never stay there again.

The room had extra dressers and an extra rest and a big rolling chair and a small stationary chair. Too much stuff in the room, I’d have preferred less stuff and more space. Tub was slippery, bathroom was small but clean. No real issues. Breakfast is $12 a person and not worth that price.

Bar was not open in the evening. Can't get bloody marry in the morning. Bathroom has a small water leak under the sink. Seen a "water" bug. This place is Meh.
