The front desk team was outstanding — they greeted us with genuine smiles, asked about our graduation plans, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our group. They helped coordinate our multiple rooms, offered helpful tips for getting to the base despite early mornings and San Antonio traffic, and consistently checked in to see how we were doing. Every interaction felt personal and caring; they clearly understand the excitement and logistics families face during this special weekend. The rooms themselves were clean, spacious, and comfortable — exactly what we needed for resting up after long, early days on base. Having four rooms gave everyone their own space while still keeping us close as a family. If you're heading to a BMT graduation or any family event in the area, I can't recommend this hotel enough.
