  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing stay and outstanding service! I recently stayed here with my two small children, and from the moment we checked in, the front desk lady Oralia was absolutely wonderful. Check-in was smooth and friendly — she noticed I had two babies and kindly asked if I knew the room type was a king bed. When I mentioned that I thought a crib would already be in the room because I had requested one earlier, she said she hadn’t been notified but immediately brought one up herself after I called. Later that evening, I realized we had forgotten milk for my son. When I asked if they sold any, Oralia said they didn’t, but she went to the breakfast area and brought two bottles, saying, “You never know what happens in the middle of the night; he might want another one.” That small act of kindness meant so much. Later, my daughter got sick and started throwing up. I called for new sheets, and Oralia came right away — she even remembered my son’s name and asked if we were doing okay. When my daughter had another accident, she came again, quickly and kindly, and even offered to help us change the bedding. Her patience and care were beyond what I expected. The hotel itself was very clean, smelled great, and everything was well maintained. The next morning, while leaving with my two babies (since my husband had left early for work), I accidentally left my phone in the room. When I asked the front desk for help, Oralia personally went upstairs to grab it for me and brought it out to the car — such incredible service! Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Clean rooms, comfortable stay, and staff who truly care about their guests. Huge thank you to Oralia for going above and beyond — she made our stay unforgettable!

  Used Priceline to get a room at Holiday Inn Express & Suites San Antonio NW Near Seaworld by IHG The room was hot and the AC kept going off every 10 Minutes. I was told this is their practice in all rooms. In other words you could not control the room temperature to you settings. I see that they have same reviews in other holiday Inn Express to the inability to control the AC. I did not stay the night and would like a refund which neither Pericline or Holiday Inn would give me.

  We stayed at this hotel for one night and from start to finish we had a great experience. Anytime we ran into staff they were very friendly. The room was wonderful with excellent working a/c and all the necessities for a good hotel stay. I forgot my toothbrush and front desk gave me a toothbrush and toothpaste. The Dove products in the restroom were so convenient. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Overall this hotel stay was a 5 for me. We also had a wonderful fulfilling complimentary breakfast!

  The room was dingy, especially the bathroom which really needed a good scrubbing. We stayed 7 nights, and the room was only cleaned twice even though we were specifically told that it would cleaned every day. The coffee pods were never replenished until the last night. Other guests were noisy, randomly knocking on our door, loudly stomping around in the room above us, and talking in the hall at 3:00 am. On the day we checked in, we were required to provide a credit card even though the room was fully prepaid. They stated they needed to place a $20 charge on it, in case we purchased something but that it wouldn’t be refunded if we did not. We did not purchase a single thing, and yet they charged us $9 with no information as to what it was for.

  Oralia at the evening check in was wonderful, very friendly and hospitable even When there were so tech’ challenges.
