    I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. From start to finish, the stay was plagued by misinformation and broken facilities. The issues began with the basic amenities. The Wi-Fi was incredibly slow, making it impossible for me to work. When I asked the front desk if it was just an issue with my room, they casually replied that the Wi-Fi is slow throughout the entire hotel. It is clear they are aware of the problem but simply refuse to fix it. The business center was equally useless as the printer was out of order. Since I couldn't print, I asked the front desk for some paper so I could write by hand. The staff member gave me a single sheet. When I asked for a few more, they reluctantly handed over one more sheet and actually questioned what I needed the paper for! I have never seen a hotel so stingy over a few pieces of paper. To make matters worse, the front desk provided the wrong breakfast hours. And the breakfast was poor quality and the pancake machine was broken. The room was also not properly cleaned, as I found hair in the bathroom. The management is nonexistent. I stayed for four nights in total and started reaching out to customer service on the second day, but I never managed to see the manager once throughout my entire stay. I also contacted IHG Customer Support, but they were unable to resolve anything. For the price paid, this level of service and "stinginess" is unacceptable.

    It was a very nice hotel comfy but me and my hubstud left our hoodies and they held on to it so we could come pick it up but my hubstuds Grinch hoodie that came with socks the socks werent in it and my Sally hoodie got damaged but over all the hotel was nice the front desk staff is exceptionally wonderful

    They have bed bugs. The staff didn’t know any protocol to fix it. I asked to speak to the manager twice and they said the manager will call me on Monday. It’s Friday now and I still didn’t receive a call. Very disappointed.
