  Dont stay here if you smoke or someone around or with you smokes(or possibly just smells musty). And especially if you're local(I believe their policy was within 100 miles is local but, honestly, I could be confusing the with another hotel's policy) because they're going to charge you a $250;°deposit ans they have scam down to make sure they keep it. I was first told they smelled smoke. They then took me and my friend back to "show" us that it smelled like smoke. Since he was ignoring me,a woman and the person who rented and paid for the room, he asked my friend if he smelled it. He said no and asked the front desk guy if he did. The guy then said "no, but it smells different than the rooms that had been cleaned already and hadn't been stayed in, at least the night before but likely longer. They completely ignored me pointing out what they have us on camera walking out multiple times to walk out to smoke outside. That was apparently beside the point and not convenient to his narrative. There are other shady things that happened but Im to pissed to put down right now. I understand why its always so empty now

  DEFINITELY IN UPGRADE MODE. NO GRAVY FOR BISCUITS. BREAKFAST WAS VERY LIMITED.

  Great room good breakfast the wifi doesn't work for long usually its interrupted every 5 to 10 minutes and then comes back on I would recommend it it the wifi was better if your trying to unplug from the world its a 10/10

  Not going back here. I arrived and checked in. Told him the name on the reservation and he asked for all my information as if I had no reservation. I thought it was odd so I asked if my reservation was there. He responded yes, we just need the information just in case. After we got to the room, the reception came to knock on our door and asked my name again. After replying, he said, Oh, yeah, you were in the system for a reservation." The room was horrible. The window was broken, the upkeep was minimal and refrigerator was extremely loud! You could tell it was about to die. The coffee machine didn't work properly either. Just an overall bad experience. Good thing it was only for a night and I was out on busy most of the time.

  I’m military, going overseas. I’ve already shipped my car and turned in my keys, but needed a place to sleep for a few nights before my flight. I figured this place is not too far from the airport, so why not. I go to check in and I’m told that they require a $250 CASH deposit since I live within 50 miles of the property. All kinds of alarm bells went off as I’ve stayed in 4-star hotels in the heart of San Antonio with no such stipulation. Either they have seedy clientele that scams them with fake cards often enough to make a rule like that or the young man at the front desk made up a rule to scam me and my cash would be gone when it was time to check out. Either way, I listened to my intuition and decided to stay elsewhere and had no issues.
