For starters, the room was not clean at all. Not even five minutes after checking in, my husband and I saw cockroaches. The small couch was full of stains, and the bathroom was the worst part — the tub was completely stained and appeared to have mold. This hotel is also apparently located in a high-crime area, and unfortunately, I can confirm that. On our second night, we woke up to find that a vehicle parked right next to mine had been broken into overnight. After reading more reviews, it seems this place is a hotspot for “gang members” who go around checking vehicles for weapons. PLEASE be cautious. A friend of my husband and his family also booked here for the trip, and they had the same issues — dirty bedding, dirty bathroom, and to make it worse, their personal belongings were tampered with. They had a safe in their room, and the numbers were rearranged, clearly showing that guest housekeeping had messed with it. At that point, we no longer felt comfortable. I went downstairs to the front desk to ask about our options and what safety precautions the hotel was taking. I was completely disregarded. The male front desk worker (didn’t get his name) showed zero sympathy. When I asked about the theft problem mentioned in reviews, he said: “Vehicle break-ins only happen about 10 times a year. They only target trucks. Your car is fine. We have security, but we won’t do anything. What matters more, a car you won’t have in 5–10 years or your life?” I also brought up the situation with housekeeping going through belongings, and he actually justified it by saying, “If I saw a safe, I’d also be curious to see what’s in it.” I could NOT believe my ears. I guess, according to them, it’s okay for housekeeping to invade guests’ privacy out of “curiosity.” If you still decide to book here, PLEASE be careful and DO NOT leave any valuable items in your room or your vehicle.

My health insurance plan sent us here for my daughter’s appointment. At check in we had an issue with authorization. The clerk then goes on about how he pays for my daughter’s insurance and food stamps and to take my kid out in the streets where we belong. Police were involved due to threats he made towards my husband. On top of all this the clerk has his daughter playing in the lobby with toys scattered everywhere along with trash. For a minute there I thought they were running a daycare not a hotel.
