After I check out I found I left something behind, contact them and they are willing to help ship them back if I provide pre-paid label, they went above and beyond. Room is clean and at a good location. Will stay again next time.

- SRSarah ReederNov 8, 20252.0Writing this mostly to warn folks who actually want to sleep at this hotel. Our room appeared to be the closest to the side that has some sort of nightclub/bar adjacent. The music and man (DJ?) constantly speaking into the microphone were extremely loud until after well after midnight. The window/wall offered little to no insulation and we were kept awake until they finally stopped playing. I understand noise is a part of staying in the city but the hotel could make an effort to better insulate and inform at least the rooms closest to this, or offer better room placement. Walls might as well have been a piece of cardboard. I’ve never experienced that level of interruption from inside a hotel room. Called the front desk to ask what was going on at around 10:30 (hours after trying to tune it out, which was pointless) who said he would call back in 5 minutes, and I never heard back. Thanks for the non-info, dude. Aside from that, breakfast was surprisingly good and comfort of room was fine.

They do serve breakfast but I didn't see what that was like. It's not far from the interstate but it's far from the river walk. Restaurants is kinda limited in the area.
- MCMichelle CoronadoOct 12, 20253.0I guess overall it’s a decent place to stay, but our room is not up to my standards. We are completely missing a light bulb on one of the bedside lamps. The lamp in the living area is plugged in clear across the room creating a hazard. The sleeper sofa is sunk in and does not look like it could be used if we needed to. There’s mold of some sort growing from the exhaust fan in the bathroom. There are random stains on the wall next to one of the beds. The air vents need to be cleaned. Just not very impressed and I do not anticipate coming back.
