- PPPablo4 days ago1.0Disappointing, I wouldn't return to this hotel, terrible, the service and the rooms. Night shift service is bad. Desepcionante, no regresaria a este hote, pesimo, desde el servicio hasta los cuartos.
- SLSamme Lansdowne5 days ago4.0Rooms are clean and breakfast is nothing special. It's a fair walk to the Riverwalk and restaurants. Club next door plays loud music until way after 10pm. Bring earplugs.
- LPLourdes Padilla5 days ago3.0Not one of the best hotels I've stayed at with IHg but it was for a work trip. The room had a funny/weird smell when I first came in, but I got used to it. The toilet was leaking water onto the floor. Do not stay here on the weekends if you want to sleep. There is a type of bar near the hotel and I could hear the music and a man speaking on a microphone for hours.

Our experience was greatly embarrassing as reward members and Holiday Inn Club Vacations members. The issues below were a displeasure: 1. Multiple ants in the living area and couch. 2. The bedding area next to the via phone was nasty and unsatisfing to ANY customers taste. 3. Our bathroom towels were marked with brown spotings of distasteful. 4. I had to settle for pool towels as a dry towel, due to having no towels ready at the time(2131)hrs. 5. The front door had issues with closure, bring a level of security below standards of safety. 6. The Breakfast area was in discuss altitude. We have never experienced this level discomfort as Platinum level customer. The floor had food everywhere to include the coffee station near the front desk. Conclusion since 2013 as a loyal member and serving is the U.S.ARMY(22 years) this experience was heart breaking... V/r Mr. Brandon
