    The friendliest staff. When we are here for vacation this is the location we feel most comfortable. It's always so clean and welcoming.

    Traveling alone from Houston for business. Made a reservation; the check in that evening was swift and hassle-free. My room was clean and organized. There is even a stocked coffee machine in the room which I really liked. My only minor complaint was that the bed was very stiff, but overall I enjoyed my stay.

    TRAUMATIZING: Harassment by Staff, Used Alcohol in Bed, & Police Threats against Nursing Mother. (Would give 0 star if possible) I travel globally (Asia, Europe, North America) and have never experienced such dehumanizing treatment in my life. This was not just "bad service"—it was predatory bullying and a safety hazard. 1. SEVERE HYGIENE & SAFETY FAILURES: Used Alcohol Bottle in Bed: Upon checking into Room 427, we found an empty bourbon whiskey bottle tucked between the headboard and mattress. This room was clearly not cleaned or inspected safely. Foreign Object in Food: I found a piece of aluminum foil stuck inside the bacon served at breakfast. 2. PREDATORY BILLING & HARASSMENT BY TANIA P.: The front desk agent, Tania P., turned our checkout into a nightmare. Bullying Elderly Guests: My parents (75 & 69) were in Room 426. Because of their age, they were moving slowly. Tania was aggressively rude, demanding they vacate "right now" at 11:15 AM, showing zero empathy. The 4-Minute Scam: Tania agreed to a 12:00 PM checkout for my room. She called exactly at 12:00 PM demanding we leave. At 12:04 PM—only 4 minutes later—she charged my credit card for a full extra day. Police Threats: When I went to the lobby to dispute this predatory charge, she threatened to call the police if we didn't leave immediately. Trauma: My wife, who is recovering from a C-section and was in the middle of nursing our 2-month-old baby, had to flee the room in distress because of Tania's threats. 3. MANAGEMENT RESPONSE: The General Manager apologized for the dirty room and the metal in the food. They reversed the "extra day" charge—but let’s be clear: reversing a fraudulent charge made 4 minutes after checkout time is not a favor; it is correcting a theft. The management has completely failed to address the aggressive harassment by their staff member. VERDICT: If you are traveling with family, elderly parents, or children, AVOID THIS HOTEL. The facility is dirty (old bottles in beds), unsafe (metal in food), and the staff (Tania P.) will threaten you with police just to bully you into leaving. AVOID Room 427, which is stuck in a corner of the building with no light and view Cons: Unsafe rooms, contaminated food, aggressive staff, predatory billing.

    Called 15 minutes ahead to check for room availability and was told yes theres plenty of rooms no need for you to pay or book over the phone. When i show up. "Sorry we have no rooms left" I turned around and went straight to La Quinta down the street. They had great service.
