Sin embargo tienen que hacer algo con la persona que atiende en el turno de la tarde es nefasta, en el momento en que escucha que hablas en español se pone de malas. E visto varios comentarios y opiniones negativos de esta persona (hombre), y sin embargo sigue ahi. Otro punto negativo es el estacionamiento, tienes que pagar te dan una tarjeta pero tienes que dejarlas en cuanto la.usas y al regresar tienes que pasar por ella al hotel para poder volver a entrar al estacionamiento, esto cada vez, que salgas, es muy molesto.

We asked for a bath tub stopper and were told they didn't have any to give. There is no info online or in a confirmation email that says where parking is or how to park. We were also not told that you needed a pass to get out of the parking garage at exit. Please be better - these should be easy fixes! Wouldn't stay here again.

Rooms don't have window that can be open..Only what was nice was the coffee bar is always opened..and in fact, they overcharged us, and nobody take or returns our calls about this.

But it has almost no parking lot and service desk service is really terrible, with bad manners. You can find better options, avoid staying at this hotel. New update: After just one night, we had to leave because of the poorly clean, we found cockroach live walking in the bed, some hair and mold in the bathroom. And a mysterious bag on the corner. Do not stay at this hotel!!
- TBTravis BlankDec 24, 20255.0I truly enjoy staying at these hotels and this one was no different. The stay was fabulous. We were warmly welcomed in and the front desk receptionist was outgoing, warm friendly and went above and beyond to help. The room was very spacious and clean. I love how they provide dove products both at the sink and in the shower. The rooms have a safe, coffee and a mini fridge. The parking is very convenient and the charge is more then reasonable. It's within walking distance or food, stores, the Alamo and the riverwalk. The breakfast is extremely good with eggs, cheese omlettes, sausage, cereal, fruit, yogurt, bagels, bread, muffins, pancakes and more. It's very clean and the attendant was very attentive to the area.
