Every single person I talked to at the front desk had the best customer service skills I’ve ever dealt with at any hotel. The way they cared made it seem like they were the actual hotel owner. I didn’t catch any of their names except Stan. But each of them was perfect. The location is solid. The name indicates it’s near sea world but that feels like a bit of a stretch. It is pretty close to six flags/la cantera/rim area so it was nice. Now for the not so great. The room was a bit rougher than I expected. Luckily I was able to get a renovated room which was a lot better but still a little rough. There were still some issues of things seemingly worn down more than I hoped. I do understand it’s a long term stay place so it’s to be expected. Hopefully once the renovations are done they can go back to every room do a deep clean and patch things up. The parking lot had some blockages some of which was due to the renovation. I think once the renovation is done things will be better. In short the room was a bit rough but the staff was amazing.

There's no way out, now me and the wife will have to spend an hour unloading the trailer cause there is no way to turn around. "Oh we are under construction" is code for nothing works and we have an absolute mess everywhere. Should've just stayed home. Or went next door to the holiday inn

As a Silver star I have spent months in these rooms but this place was not the norm,from.the room card issues and ac not working or no ice being made in the freezer to outside doors not working with card was a nightmare before we even stayed in the room ,we had issues with the manger who did say she was manager until we left to get something to eatvwhile the room was being ready. I get a call from her saying if want she can give me back my points back and can go else where after already having this trip pre plained months in advance.that should have been my sign then but as I looked every thing close was booked soild so I stayed to find all there problems and mis courteous never again,and the 1 way in and 1 way out because they barricaded one side of the hotel because of the bad area,and the 8 hotel room cards later was blamed not on their equipment , but on my cell phone or mis handling , never again. Stay far away from this establishment
