  Hotel under "new" ownership (not sure how long this has been going on), building under construction- inadequate bedding (including pillows the size of small, square decorative pillows for couch, old torn linens), two towels provided for a two-bedroom suite, walls and doors discolored and dinged up, blinds and window shades stained/discolored and dusty, no mention of this state when booking. Front desk told us the elevator buttons were ruined due to some kids sticking super glue in them and made it sound recent, however, looking through these reviews now, it appears to be a months old problem that still hasn't been resolved. My wife refused to even sleep in her pajamas or walk barefoot in the room due to the condition of the facility, room and old linens...and she's stayed at some pretty low level, third world country hotels. Front desk tried to help as much as they could, given the horrible conditions, but the management appears to be MIA. Wouldn't ever consider for future SA visits unfortunately.

  NOT VERY CLEAN! Towels were Stained and Hair strand found on bedside stand! NOT VERY SAFE SLIPPERY TUB WITH HAND RAILS ON INSIDE WALL OF TUB!! You Needed to hold on to Rail ACROSS TUB!! NO RAILS ON THE SIDE WALL!! If Handicapped, the Toilet is Low!! MAKING YOUR KNEES HURT!! I Guess it Was DIFFERENT THAN OF BEST WESTERN PLUS!! Maybe THERE IS A DIFFERENCE HAVING THE PLUS!! NEXT TIME I HAVE TO REMEMBER IT HAS TO HAVE THE PLUS!! The BEST BEST WESTERN PLUS I USUALLY STAY IN ARDMORE OKLAHOMA!! Now THAT IS VERY NICE!! All the Ammenities Are THERE!! The Breakfast was Also NOT GREAT HERE!! Sausage looked half cooked! And the Apple juice tasted and looked Watered down!! NOT MUCH VARIETY! Only Yellow eggs and Half cooked Sausage and the Famous Texas shaped Waffle!! I HOPE I WONT GO THERE ANYMORE!! I Will MAKE SURE ITS THE BEST WESTERN PLUS!!

  Just about the Worst Western. The elevator button stuck, so once you got in you couldn’t get out without banging on the panel to release the buttons. The ac worked, too well, it was only full on AC or completely off. You had to hold the remote next to the tv for it to work. Went to get breakfast at 8am, however, there wasn’t any, although it appeared that they were set up for it. Tried to get some OJ, it was out, so i bounced. Ill never be back. Only reason they got 2 stars is bc the guy at the front desk was cool.

  Very industrial area. Fast food restaurant next door had security patrolling parking lot. Next hotel over appeared to be a long term apartment type hotel, with people coming and going all hours. “No Public Restroom” paper sign greets you on front doors. This is a no frills Best Western. Hallways are not air conditioned, ice machine out of order. Elevator panel was damaged, and we had difficulty getting the first floor button to work.
