- SRSusana RomeroAug 25, 20181.0I don't even know where to start! 1st off its been a horrible experience! I booked 4 nights here ,i ONLY booked this hotel because it seemed as the closest available to Lackland. But there was blood on BOTH beds sheets and covers! Some of it looked fresh so im sure we shared the same blankets as the people before us. My room key deactivates itself VERY often so i have to go back to front desk to get it reactivated. Another thing the front desk lady charged my card that i made the reservation with. I was supposed to pay cash For my stay, ...she didn't even ask! When she asked for my card and ID I thought it was for verification but no without asking she took it upon herself to charge it . Which made my account go overdraft. If i knew she was gonna charge that card i would of given her another one with more money . Now im stuck with a fee. But any who. The second night i was discussed with the blood on the beds and i asked if i could get refunded for the other 2 nights that i had booked and the "manager " said no! I couldn't . I was ok with paying for the 2 nights that we had already stayed i just wanted to go to another hotel for the rest of my stay . This place smells old also and the left elevator started to move while the door was still open, then was making strange noises. I asked the front desk lady and she just kept on answering my questions with attitude. Customer service was horrible with her! It seemed like you were a bother to her. Overall i will make sure i don't ever stay at this chain again. Just horrible experience and extremely disappointed!

- DADavid ArellanoNov 10, 20175.0I arrived from San Antonio from El Paso TX and stayed at the hotel the night of the 29th of November. As usual the stay was outstanding. The staff was professional, very courteous and eager to provide me a homily atmosphere. Luna and Destiny at the front foyer desk were excellent in providing customer service to me as well as being very expediante after a long drive from El Paso, TX. Addie Campos checked me out the next morning the general mgr of the hotel and the superb customer service did not miss a beat. I recommend highly to whoever reads my review they will not be dissatisfied or disappointed. Will definitely stay again without question because I am confident I will receive the astounding customer service once again!!!
