- CKColleen KinneDec 20, 20251.0This hotel is very hard to find its right under the freeway, so I missed the sharp left 3 times. Again it's right under the freeway so it loud and noisey. We got the in room tub but the water drains from the spa tub the entire time. Also the spa tub is not as big as you think. A light was pointed directly at the window, I asked twice if they could point the light not at the window. The front desk guy was kind and called the Manger and they were able to point the light not at the room unfortunately it fell again and the light was directly pointed at the room hours later, so it was hard to sleep with the light and the noise. The shower chair in the bath tub in the shower was dirty and stained needs to be scrubbed badly. I asked for extra towels and toilet paper and was asked why I needed them. We obviously ran out of toilet paper. In the morning at breakfast the lady micromanage me. Told me what cup I could use for what, told me I couldn't take my 1 plate of food to go, tht if I took a plate to go I couldn't come back. It's like please let me eat in peace, it's early, it's the morning. I don't need someone being pushy and rude to me. Then she mopped the floor and didn't post signs and I almost slipped. They do offer room service but it's not located in the building so it took an hour. The beds are not that comfortable and the spa tub room only has a queen bed in it. The TV services such as Amazon prime, Netflix, paramount plus non of the on demand features worked. Very out dated hotel. I won't ever stay here again. And not sure I ever want to stay at a best Western again. Very disappointed. Don't stay here.
