- GGGC GalindoJan 2, 20261.0They really need to do some upgrade at this hotel. Stay there for the first time on Monday till Tuesday and I wouldn't stay at this location ever again. The front desk lady needs more training with customer service skills. They have very hard beds and top of that The toilet sound like it was leaking water throughout the whole night.(Room 216) The breakfast would have been better if they would have had bananas for the kids and some wheat bread too. I really think the only good thing about this hotel is the 8 minutes away from downtown. For my opinion I wouldn't never stay here again it's not worth losing sleep. The video I sent yall had sound dont understand why y'all mute it.

Getting bedding for the pullout bed was a pain, we had to try a couple times. The rooms were spacious but it doesn't matter if they won't hire enough people to keep it clean.

The people working here were very friendly and nice. Everyone from the front desk to the cleaning staff everyone is super friendly. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Able to accommodate our needs for parking for an 18 wheeler and early check in. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Will definitely be the hotel he stays at when he's in the area.
