  We had a very concerning experience at this hotel as a single mom traveling with my children. We returned around midnight after a concert and were unable to access our room due to a lock malfunction. Neither our key nor the master key worked. We waited outside our room for about 40 minutes, and were not informed until around 1:30 a.m. that the door could not be opened at all. During that time, my child’s life-saving medication was locked inside the room, along with all of our belongings and food. As a parent, that was extremely stressful. We were eventually placed in another room after 1:30 a.m., had to sleep in our clothes, and purchase additional food since ours was inaccessible. The manager was completely unavailable throughout the night. We were told the manager had been contacted, but there was no response and no support provided. The manager did not return the call until around noon the following day. After getting very little rest, we were then woken up at 8:30 a.m. and told to retrieve our belongings. While I did eventually receive a refund a week later, there was no apology, no urgency, and no acknowledgment of the seriousness of the situation — especially considering the medical risk involved. This was not just an inconvenience — it was a safety issue. As a single parent managing this situation alone, it should have been handled with far more urgency, care, and professionalism. I would strongly encourage management to review their after-hours procedures and emergency response so another family is not put in this position.

  Not a comfortable stay. If you like a hot shower, forget it. It’s takes at least 10 minutes to get to warm at best… even my kids complained and they are under 10. The water in the sink never warms up in case you are a person who likes to wash their face away with warm water. The coffee is instant from a machine and not drinkable. Our bathroom sink won’t drain and my bed linens had someone else’s snot on them and had to be replaced. Other than that it is generally a clean hotel with nice staff.

  I would like to say I’ve been staying here every week for business for over a year and I feel very welcome and safe. It’s a very secluded location and I don’t have to worry about my truck being broken into. There is an employee named David that works at the front desk,and he is great. He always has a positive attitude and is very respectful,makes me feel welcome.

  Exelente servicio. Las recamareras son muy amables todo muy limpio y el lobby huele muy rico cuando entras. Ana la manager es muy amable y siempre a su disposición.
