  The rooms are very dark. The shower is not good, it doesn't get above lukewarm for me. The pool is inside but no heater. Water is very cold. The Jacuzzi was out of service. Exercise equipment is not working well if at all. The breakfast was amazing though, and the staff is very kind.

  The hotel was very nice and comfy but the reason why i gave it two stars wasn’t for nothing when i checked in on the 21 of January i was greeted with rudeness and unkindness it was a young lady that help me she seemed like she was having a bad day but thats no excuse to be rude to guests other than that the rooms was clean and the food was delicious in the morning if your planning to stay here make sure little things don't ruin your trip

  About what you would expect from a Best Western Plus, for the money it is fine. The Palo Alto area of San Antonio is working class and you may have to drive 10-15 minutes if you want to eat something other than fast food or Mexican cuisine but it is Texas. The staff are friendly. The hot tub wasn't heating which was disappointing. It is about 35 minutes from the airport.

  Worst motel ever! The motel is infested with roaches and rats, literally hundreds. I informed the general manager of the infestation and he stated, "It's cold outside, the rats have to sleep somewhere". Totally disgusting!!!! I will never stay in a Best Western again!!!!! Filthy!!!!!! The general manager Roberto is a pathological liar. "The Best Western Plus Palo Alto Inn & Suites in San Antonio does not have a public, official policy regarding e-bikes in guest rooms mentioned in their online information. While some hotels are "bike-friendly", the specific rules about bringing bikes, especially e-bikes into guest rooms is not in any policy. Texas law does not prohibit nor recommend electric bicycles onto or in hotel property. There is no reason for me to inform any hotel staff about an electric bicycle in my room, especially after the hotel STOLE my money. Your specific hotel has literally NO POLICY against electric bicycles. Correct, the hot water was not operational either. Apparently the swarms of rats running rampant used all the hot water; perhaps you should correct your lack of hot water, swarms of rats and bicycle policy instead of fabricating stories in a desperate attempt to make yourself look good. Have a nice day and try to avoid being bitten by a rabies infested rat.
