I called before booking just to confirm pool was functioning and they said yes. We got ready to go to the pool and it was closed. Out of service. I asked them and they said it was under repair couldn't use it. We were so bummed out. We packed swimming wear but couldn't use it. Terrible
- MPM PhanNov 26, 20253.0We were given a room with a lot of issues but it wasn’t bad enough to request for a new room since we were there for such a short time. (Torn curtain, AC controller flap was broken, stale room smell, leaky bathtub faucet, dirty grout, being able to open the door without a key). This hotel was fine as long as you’re just using it as a place to sleep over night. The bed is comfy and the room has all the baseline amenities. WiFi got a little spotty sometimes, but it was fine if you don’t need 60fps for something. Front desk staff seemed to be very receptive to feedback, but hopefully the maintenance staff comes in to fix things before more guests stay in the room. Breakfast was decent. I’m always a sucker for a Texas shaped waffle. Idk about later in the morning, but earlier on, the woman in charge of the breakfast buffet serves very generous portions. Other guests can’t park for their life (idiots parking on the line or taking up two spaces for their ugly little crossover) but that’s not on the hotel lol. Google’s instructions are kind of wack to navigate here since you need to exit the freeway then IMMEDIATELY turn right, which can be annoying when there’s more traffic.

Bad odor in the room. First and last time staying here. Horrible experience, never had a problem with BW hotels until now.
