He quickly found nutrition information for the continental breakfast when I asked and immediately helped when I had a silly coffee spill, handling everything with calm professionalism and kindness. His attentiveness truly elevated my experience and made the hotel stand out.

- JMJohn MurtaghNov 28, 20251.0Black/grey water came out of bathroom sink tap for the first 30 seconds after entering the room for the first time. I was only able to use Roku's live TV in the room. No cable/satellite tv was available. A Previous visitors left their different personal accounts signed in for multiple streaming services, so don't forget to sign out, because the hotel won't for you. Wifi was unable to be authenticated, so that was also off the table. Had to use my phone's hotspot. If you miss the parking lot entry, it will take you 10 minutes to circle back due to the freeways and restricted access. The staff will make you sign off on at least a half dozen waivers on check in ranging from your personal safety to car vandalism. If that puts you right at ease, I am not sure what else could. First morning after check in, a loud alarm was going off in the lobby with no one turning it off. It was quite the rollercoaster of a 2 night stay. Good luck and Godspeed to all future visitors.
