We then discovered one of the bed had dirty sheets . because it was so late and i had both my daughter asleep coming in , we couldn’t find anywhere else to stay last min . all 4 of us stayed in one bed . Next morning before checking out i went to complain and showed the images to front desk rep , she lacked empathy and just offered to change the sheets knowing we only booked the room for the night . This is unacceptable , i work hard for money just be taken as a joke and not have some time compensation for the poor house keeping . I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE , SAVE YOUR MONEY OR FIND SOMEONE WHERE ELSE !

- JRJames RFeb 2, 20262.0I have mixed feelings about my recent 3-day stay. On the positive side, the room was very clean, the breakfast was truly amazing, and the desk staff was perfectly fine. However, several functional issues would prevent me from returning. The most unacceptable part was having no internet for the entire three days. Looking at other feedback, this seems to be an ongoing issue for the last 8 months. As someone who stays at many Best Western and motel properties, I’ve never encountered this level of technical failure. It’s time for management to consider a new ISP. The room layout was also very "off." The bed box and mattress were incredibly low to the ground, and there was hardly any clearance between the bed and the dresser/TV stand. To top it off, the bedroom TV couldn't get any channels; only the living room TV worked. While the hotel is "decent," these frustrations made for an uncomfortable stay. I won't be back.

An now knowing this im not returning to the place again.. 2/22/26 You can address the problem, but you still do nothing.. More desrie that serly did not inform you of the issue, an did not even bather to returnthe call.. yet again this is a $200 item??? I will be dropping by to clam this item And I do travel to this area alot for work
