- TFThank Full2 days ago5.0My husband and I live less than a mile away and have stayed here several times over the past 3 month. We are having repairs done to our duplex, most of it is plumbing. So when the shut the water off we head to Best Western. When I check in I'm welcomed with a smile, great attitude and never a crappy attitude. I'm usually tired, frustrated at the plumbing issues in my duplex but they always seem to get me to smile and even laugh. The rooms are very clean, this coming from someone with an Airline/Travel degree, beds comfortable, water hot and larger than normal flat screen tv(lots a good movie channels) For those who complain about this property, I challenge you to stay at other properties along I-35 within the same area for around the same price (motel 6,La Quinta, super 8,days inn etc) and I bet you won't find a cleaner room. Now, this property could use a few more washer/dryers(currently they have only 1 washer 1 dryer) buy food/snacks for your room before you check in(construction, one way access roads and traffic can make it confusing and difficult to come and go) they have 1 vending machine that's pretty pricey, the rooms have microwave, small fridge, ice bucket and cups but no coffee makers. It's a quite property with no trashy people hanging around. Excellent price!!

Llegamos muy tarde y La primera noche nos dimos cuenta que la alfombra estaba sucia. 3n el refigerador habia comida y en el baño habia cabellos por todos lados En la mañana les pedi q hicieran limpieza. Si la realizaron. Pero no hicieron las camas. No habia cafetera en el cuarto.
