  Did not actually stay here as we were dropped off at the wrong hotel. Isaiah working the night of 4/6 was great assistance and even took a few minutes to drive us to the correct hotel a few minutes down the street and even waited to make sure everything was ok. As a Diamond Elite member for many years this was the best customer service I have experienced. Will definitely stay at here next time in San Antonio and need to be near the airport.

  December 2025 we had occasion to stay at this hotel. We were a party of 3. The staff were on point in helping me over the phone with making the reservation and when we arrived they were efficient and friendly. Parking was easy (and free) and close to the front door. Our room was near the elevator and surprisingly quiet. The temperature of the room and the cleanliness were great. The beds were comfy and the room had a full working kitchen. The fridge was cold so we were able to put food in it. The linens were clean including the bath towels. This hotel is located in an older neighborhood right off 281. I expected to hear road noise but not the case. I will point out the lady who helped me on the phone also checked us in and and out. Upon leaving at checkout I thanked her for her help from start to finish and she lifted up the two other folks at the counter with her for helping make the guest experience. Very humble lady who worked tirelessly to help us and others at this hotel. All this to say it was a great service experience, clean, neat, tidy, (no bugs, not one, and no fire alarms as mentioned in some reviews). We had no negative issues. Should we have occasion we will stay here again.

  We arrived late after a long day of travel and there was nobody at the desk for about 20 minutes. The place is so run down and dirty that we avoided touching anything in the room. There was grime and stains literally on every surface. The closet door had a bloody thumb print on it that's clearly been there for a while. Absolutely filthy. If we didn't arrive so late in the evening we'd go somewhere else. Housekeeping very conveniently couldn't find my gold earrings that I left behind in a rush to get out of there. They were left sitting by the pillow and would have been pretty visible but we never heard back from the hotel after calling them multiple times. That was the final straw in this awful experience. IHG should be embarrassed to have this place bear their logo.

  Clean and simple. Well kept. Like 5-10 minute drive to the airport. Convenient if you’re going to leave early.

  I booked this hotel after calling before hand to check if they had airport shuttles. The front desk guy told me they had 24hr shuttles and just call when I get my bags. I arrived AFTER MIDNIGHT (all caps for what comes later) and call, shuttle picks me up, all good. As soon as I walk in the room I’m greeted by 2 roaches. Tired as hell, I go back down stairs to complain to which I’m offered a different room on a higher floor. Okay…No….roaches, I pass out on the bed. Fast forward 5 days later I book again. I call for a shuttle around 7:30p to which I’m told, there’s no shuttles after 7pm?!! I protest telling the lady I was just there a week ago and y’all picked me up AFTER MIDNIGHT!!! I then proceeded to cancel the room thru my company and wouldn’t u know these greedy ppl still charged me!!! DON’T STAY HERE UNLESS U LIKE BUGS AND SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE
