  Old and run down. Door in the bathroom won't lock, looked like it was repaired from somebody kicking it or opening by force. The ac made sooo much noise I couldn't sleep because I'm a light sleeper. They had 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 of us. I hate having to ask for things, they should be aware of what the use is going to be based on people's stays. The closet doors have a mirror on them and they won't stay open. I couldn't get the mirror not to face me when I was sleeping. Had to use towels to cover it up. The breakfast was by far the worse breakfast that I've ever had at a hotel. Very little to offer and no attendant to request things or ask questions about the food. We had to assume. The hallway was very hot when we first got there Friday and then rain came that evening and the hallway got super cold. Why would they turn the hallway AC on once the outside gets cold. Very weird. My mom took a shower early in the morning and we had no hot water. I went to go ask and the receptionist said they had just turned on the boiler. Why would it be off? It's a hotel, people can take showers at all times not just during the day. They can't control that, hot water should always be available. I wouldn't book this hotel again.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We operate several Airbnbs ourselves, so we truly appreciate good hospitality when we see it, and this team is doing an amazing job. From the moment we arrived, the staff here treated us with warmth and respect, and the room was clean, comfortable, and very affordable. We will always remember their kindness and wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area. 🙏

  Was less than ideal, the pool was green with trash in it, the curtains were stained, the batteries were out of the smoke detectors, the breakfast offered little compared to others. Jesse at the front was help, the only positive about the experience but the other staff no so much.

  Hotel under "new" ownership (not sure how long this has been going on), building under construction- inadequate bedding (including pillows the size of small, square decorative pillows for couch, old torn linens), two towels provided for a two-bedroom suite, walls and doors discolored and dinged up, blinds and window shades stained/discolored and dusty, no mention of this state when booking. Front desk told us the elevator buttons were ruined due to some kids sticking super glue in them and made it sound recent, however, looking through these reviews now, it appears to be a months old problem that still hasn't been resolved. My wife refused to even sleep in her pajamas or walk barefoot in the room due to the condition of the facility, room and old linens...and she's stayed at some pretty low level, third world country hotels. Front desk tried to help as much as they could, given the horrible conditions, but the management appears to be MIA. Wouldn't ever consider for future SA visits unfortunately.
