- PTP TreadwellMar 18, 20262.0Room was clean , staff was polite. But when I say nothing was working.. the elevator was broken and almost closed on my son. Hot tub was broken. TV kept going in and out bc they only have antenna TV. Ice machine on the floor was broken . Sofa sleeper had no sheets and no blanket .. and they ran out of pillows and face towels. Also I heard gunshots outside twice during the night I stayed. And I saw one of the staff during breakfast carry out a pastry with her bare hands😳 definitely not worth the $200 I paid for 1 night .. and the room had a musty smell.

- SRShay RayFeb 25, 20263.0The rooms are very dark. The shower is not good, it doesn't get above lukewarm for me. The pool is inside but no heater. Water is very cold. The Jacuzzi was out of service. Exercise equipment is not working well if at all. The breakfast was amazing though, and the staff is very kind.
