  Very disappointed in this facility had roaches in my room.And in my bed. Not happy an got no refund will never b bck 🤬🤬

  Hotel is clean as far as I could see but very dated. Curtains need to be replaced and flooring replaces with something other than carpet. Breakfast ok, the guy working in the breakfast area did a excellent job refilling and trying to make everyone happy. No coffee nor coffee maker in room.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | 5 Stars The Absolute Best Stay in Stone Oak! Ask for Benjamin! I cannot recommend the Best Western Plus Hill Country Suites enough. If you are staying in the Stone Oak / San Antonio area, this is the place to be. The property is clean, modern, and perfectly located, but the service is what really sets it apart. I have to give a massive shoutout to Benjamin, the night associate. He was absolutely incredible—easily the most professional, helpful, and welcoming person I’ve encountered in hospitality lately. He went above and beyond to make sure my stay was seamless, even during the late hours. He is a total asset to this hotel! What I loved: • The Rooms: Massive suites! Having the separate living area makes a huge difference. Very clean and the beds are super comfortable. • The Vibe: It feels tucked away and quiet, but you’re minutes from everything in San Antonio. • The Extras: Great hot breakfast and the evening social hour is such a nice, welcoming touch. If you’re looking for a stress-free stay with stellar service, book here and hope Benjamin is behind the desk when you arrive!

  We stayed here while traveling between Texas and Ohio. The rooms were spotless and the service was impeccable. I would recommend this place.
