  The worst part was when we showed up. And he was very eager to check us in and I understand that they have a check-in time. But when you've been on the road for hours and they're very eager to check you in, you're just accept it. But then he realized that we're not the people he thought we were. And pushes is out the door until we check-in at 3 PM. When we showed up at 5 AM. Forcing us to sleep in a parking lot after we could find a suitable parking lot to sleep in the room was very clean, very comfortable. Bed furniture was actually okay and having 2 TVS in the room was pretty cool. But it doesn't make up for the pool being dirty and having a smell. After I tried going and swimming in it this whole experience has showed me never to book with the Best Western ever again. In a desperate attempt to try and get us into the room. I called their corporate office which told me all best. Westerns are independent, which told me that they can't help!! But if you want a cheap hotel and this place has a good deal. I highly advise you either spending a little bit more money to get a better hotel or go to a bottom of the barrel place because it'll probably be better than this place.

  We reserved a suite for 2 days and we had a great experience. The rooms were affordable and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and the manager was very attentive making sure food was ready and available for everyone. The location is awesome close to alot of stores and restaurants and close to six flags. I will save this place for my future trips to San Antonio.

  The king suite is very nice ! Me and my fiancé stayed here and it was great . Very clean and very comfortable. Staff was great and breakfast was yum !! Overall the experience was nice . They have got a loyal customer here !

  I am beyond pissed and very unsatisfied about this place! We were told there was a walk through before they allowed us to book the room to make sure it was clean.. Looking at these pictures I took just an hour after we got our room, definitely says otherwise! Dirty bathroom floors, countertops and behind the toilet, stains on the bed sheets, holes in the bed sheets, stains on the pull out bed with no cover on it. The guy at the front desk didn't seem to know any correct answers for what I asked. I have 3 kids and I refuse to let them sleep in this mess. Update: I called the following morning to talk to a manager and NO one is answering the phones, I called 4 time over 3 hours and not a call back or an answer.. So I called corporate to get things handled, this is ridiculous and I am beyond pissed. I see all these 5 stars but I have a very hard time believing any of them after what we experienced. Not even a manager to talk to, just the guy at the desk who did not help at all and basically did not want to refund us our money. I highly recommend no one to stay here. Employees are terrible, room service is terrible and the environment is terrible! Personally, I would fire everyone and start fresh.

  The staff is great. Rajesh was at the front desk most of our stay and he was very kind and always had a smile. Quiet location. Room was very clean. Breakfast had the cutest texas shape waffles. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 star is because the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and my back hurts. If they got new beds, they would definitely have a 5 star from me.
