  This is a tad abit older hotel but very nice nonetheless! My kids loved the loft style room we had, our first time having a room like that. Everything was very clean !

  We stayed here for the zach Bryan concert at the Alamodome , the area was super convenient it’s close to downtown riverwalk area , the Alamodome and the highway is right next to it so it’s pretty easy to get around. The staff was accommodating, the only real complaints I really had was the beds were on the harder side a little uncomfortable, & the ac only worked good at night on & off , it was super cold most of the night but got stuffy in the morning/afternoon. The pool needs some TLC but was fine for a quick swim with the kids. Overall I would probably stay here again for the price. The kids loved the breakfast and Texas waffles.

  Worst service that I have received at a hotel. I had the wrong room assigned when I arrived. I reserved 3 beds to accomodate 5 people and they only wanted to give me a room with one bed. The manager could not help me by writing a letter explaining the issue so I could receive a refund. It ended up losing my money. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

  El lugar es muy viejo , huele a humedad y al llegar al hotel me cobraron 90 dll extra de otro impuesto terminé pagando más de 600 dll por 2 noches una habitación horrible oliendo a humedad el aire acondicionado no es central ni minisplit así que es muy molesto tenerlo en el piso aún lado de tu cama haciendo ruido , no recomiendo para nada, no vengan no reserven aquí !!!!!! Ubicación es lo único recomendable si traes automóvil

  My biggest issues are the hot tub is not hot, both hot tub and pool could use a cleaning. All the lounge chairs are broke with the exception of 1 or 2. Rust on bottom of one of the rails. Room was nice but couch and chair had stains and very dated, and the beds are really uncomfortable, not enough covers/blankets and pillows are also uncomfortable. Our bathroom the popcorn ceiling in shower was coming down, and the toilet paper dispenser was coming out of the wall. I do not recommend ordering from room service menu. Very pricey and food was just mediocre at best. I will spend the extra $60 a night and stay right on or near the river walk. Only picked Best Western due to hot tub and the great experience in South Padre Island a few years ago.
