My son went to check in around 9:30pm and the hotel gave his room away to someone else. When I called the front desk right away, the lady at the front desk told me that rooms are not a guarantee when booking through a 3rd party like Expedia. I told her that was BS because I have always used Expedia and we stayed at that exact same hotel two months ago. She was Very rude and seemed to not care at all. She Told me I would have to take it up with the manager tomorrow. My son was in his car in the parking lot dead tired just trying to find a hotel. The lady knew she gave his room away and couldn’t care less. What great service to our military troops!! Absolutely worthless company and service!! I’ll think twice before booking with Candlewood Suites!!
