The room I was assigned 435 had an unbelievable and severe insect infestation. Within days of checking in, I noticed multiple large, fast-moving pests and, even worse, I woke up covered in numerous painful, itchy, and highly visible bites all over my body. The sheer number and severity of the bites were so concerning that I immediately had to seek emergency medical attention after a 5 night stay I reported this issue to the management, but I have yet to receive a satisfactory or even adequate response to this crisis. I incurred medical expenses, and I suffered physical distress due to the hotel's severe neglect of sanitation.
