    Rooms: A OK. We were very tired after a 10 hour long road trip and did not care much about the room. Service: waited 15 minutes at the lobby at 8:30PM since nobody was around. Texted IHG to ask them to move my reservation to another hotel since this one was deserted. Also sent an email to Director of Sales of the hotel (still waiting a response). Finally, receptionist showed up and said he was doing laundry. He could have put a note with a phone number for us to reach him to check-in. At 2:25AM, someone opened our door, but due to the secondary latch, he was not able to enter. He spent some time jimmying the door. Not sure who he was but definitely he had the key to our room. I reported that to the front office at checkout. Location: It is on the frontage road to I-35 NB. Access is easy and convenient. The downside is all the highway noise gets into you after a while.

    I really enjoyed our stay there with my fiancée during our vacation. Great facilities and very accomodating staff. It was totally worth it and would love to go back again on our next trip. 😁

    I had a horrible experience today and ended up getting a refund from Priceline and booking a different hotel. I arrived early. I didn’t expect to be able to check in early but they did try to accommodate an early check-in. They gave me a room key and as I was walking to my hotel room, there was a lot of trash in the hallways and a random person wandering the hallways knocking on doors trying to deliver things when I open my room door the room was dirty. I went back to the desk. The attendant was very nice and apologized, and she gave me a new room. It was at that point she told me that my new room was on the third floor, but that their elevator was broken. Because of the condition of the hotel, the parking lot was a little sketchy and everything I’ve seen up to then I did not feel comfortable staying in the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to stay at.

    We came here to stay during preparation for our son's medical procedure. On the day we checked in, the elevator didn't work until tomorrow, so we had issues getting on the third floor with the kids and all the stuff we had brought. Spider nets and dust are all over the lobby lights and walls. The apartment was spacious but extremely dirty (our kids' feet were black after walking barefoot for an hour). The microwave was not working, the internet was slow, and Smart TV could not be connected, so I had to use my own hotspot for it. Service was really nice, employees were so kind, but sometimes there is not much they can do with the hotel being in this bad condition... Generally very bad experience! P.S. Afterwards, I was reached out by Sale director who promised refund but they stopped answering my emails and phone calls for weeks!
