  I had a great experience at the front desk during my stay at the avid hotel Austin Round Rock South. D.T. was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She made the check-in process quick and easy, answered all my questions, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Customer service like that really makes a big difference when traveling. D.T. truly went above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and valued. Thank you for the excellent hospitality—I would definitely stay here again!

  The Greatest Hotel Stay I’ve Had in a Long Time- Avid Hotel Round Rock From the moment I walked through the doors of Avid Hotel Round Rock, I knew this place was different. I met Stu, the managing partner, right away. The man didn’t just greet me- he saw me. I didn’t have a dollar in my pocket at the time and was trying to figure life out. Instead of brushing me off, he guided me. He even handed me a little rubber Jesus and said, “Don’t ever let Him get away.” That moment spoke volumes. It wasn’t about a hotel stay anymore- it was about humanity. Through Priceline I was able to book 8 nights, and what unfolded during that week was hands down the greatest hotel experience I’ve had in a long time. The breakfast? Absolute fire. Fresh, consistent, and made with care. The rooms? Clean, modern, peaceful- exactly what you need when you’re trying to reset and regroup. The 24-hour coffee and tea bar? A small detail that makes a huge difference. But what truly sets this place apart is the people. Tim at the front desk- world-class customer service. The kind of guy you can talk to on a real level. Erin, the GM- beyond accommodating. While I was waiting on funds and hadn’t eaten, she personally gave me $20 to grab food. That’s leadership. That’s heart. Julianna at breakfast one weekend- incredibly sweet and one of the hardest workers I’ve seen. Alex on evenings- retired but working because he “gets bored.” Solid guy. The housekeeping team- kind, respectful, always smiling. Even corporate leadership was onsite during my stay, and they were approachable, kind, and open to conversation. That says everything about the culture here- it’s not fake, it’s not forced. It’s consistent from top to bottom. This wasn’t just a hotel stay. It was a reminder that good people still exist. That hospitality is still real. That when you’re down, sometimes the right place at the right time can mean more than you ever expected. I will truly remember my short time here for a long while. And I absolutely hope to be back. If you’re looking for more than just a room- if you want to feel welcomed, respected, and taken care of- this is it. 10/10. The greatest hotel stay I’ve had in a long time.

  Friendly, engaging and informative staff. Super clean accommodations, and the rooms were spotless. They even had hand towel / wash cloth origami. I would definitely recommend this hotel do the road warrior, business traveler and families on the go. 👍🏻

  Staff courteous. Love Avid clean and up to date. Omg! We were so tired and the beds were like cloud 9! Always clean and quiet.
