  ¡Una experiencia excelente! Sin duda, una estancia de 10 puntos. Lo primero que destaca es el trato humano: todo el personal de recepción es extremadamente amable y atento, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y con una sonrisa. En cuanto a las habitaciones, están impecables. La limpieza es excepcional, se nota el gran trabajo de las camareras, quienes mantienen todo ordenado, fresco y muy cuidado durante toda la estadía. Las instalaciones se sienten muy limpias y bien cuidadas. Sin duda es un lugar que recomiendo totalmente y al que volvería sin dudarlo. ¡Felicidades al equipo por mantener tan altos estándares!

  Modern small room, no closet only hooks, room smelled weird flared up allergies. No water pressure. Decent free breakfast. Great location.

  "Functional, no-frills like sleeping inside a tasteful IKEA showroom" The Avid Round Rock delivers exactly what the brand promises: a clean, compact, no-nonsense room and not a single thing more. Think cruise ship interior cabin, only you can't order room service. If you need a bed, a bathroom, and a spot to open your laptop, it works. If you need anything beyond that, lower your expectations before you arrive. The room is small but efficiently laid out, with storage so minimal it amounts to a place to leave your open suitcase on the floor. The furniture, all hard angles and showroom-firm cushions looks great and feels like a prop. The AC operated on its own schedule, independent of human input. The water pressure is genuinely disappointing. The TV advertises casting; it does not work with Android devices. And a note for families: this hotel was not designed with you in mind. It's built for the solo business traveler who wants a clean room, a fast check-in, and zero fuss. A real bright spot: the staff are friendly and genuinely helpful. Also worth noting, this location now offers a hot breakfast, though their own website hadn't caught up with that yet at the time of my stay. Apparently this was the first location to roll it out. The coffee situation is lobby-only, which is fine given there's no counter space in the room for a cup, let alone a machine. Bottom line: a solid pick for the purposeful, minimalist traveler. A poor fit for anyone who wants a comfortable chair, good water pressure, or a family-friendly layout.

  After driving 14 hours, I checked into the hotel at 3 AM and had a terrible experience with Edgar- who was not properly trained to handle a service animal. He forced me to sign the pet policy even though I reminded him a service dog is not considered a pet and this violates ADA. He told me I was arguing with him and it wasn’t a big deal because he wasn’t going to charge me for a pet. I had no patience to continue the conversation or try to explain anything further to him at 3 AM so I signed the paper. He was incredibly rude and I felt very uncomfortable during my stay due to the fact that my service animal was discriminated against and I felt pressured to sign inaccurate documents. Additionally there was a faint beeping in the room. I have no idea where it came from but it kept me up both nights. The sheets were also very thin and scratchy. Overall my stay was pretty disappointing. I could put up with the discomfort of the room considering the price I paid. But the main issue was the improper handling and discrimination of my service animal. It left me with a lot of anxiety and I didn’t feel safe escalating anything until after we checked out.

  I had a great experience at the front desk during my stay at the avid hotel Austin Round Rock South. D.T. was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She made the check-in process quick and easy, answered all my questions, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Customer service like that really makes a big difference when traveling. D.T. truly went above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and valued. Thank you for the excellent hospitality—I would definitely stay here again!
