  DO NOT RECOMMEND. I stayed at the location 12/31 into 1/1. I booked on HILTON as a HILTON HONORS. I paid in full. I chose my room on the app as a member should be able to do. I get there and the room I chose had an obnoxious noise coming from the ac (posting that as well). I went down and was forced into a room on a lower level & not clean. pulled back the sheets and it was all type of head hair throughtout the bed. I asked the front desk for bedding & I MADE MY OWN BED. I did stay the night. Breakfast in the morning was surrounded by gnats on EVERYTHING. The guests that stay here were more than ratchet as well as the staff. Some were nice, but mostly loud and rude. I checked out & called to request compensation. I was bounced around for weeks was told that I would get a call everytime I called. I finally spoke with JOSH and he basically called me a liar because no one noted my calls. 0/10 DO NOT STAY HERE!

  Extremely disappointing stay (3 nights). The room was never cleaned. There was excessive hair in the shower and on the toilet upon check-in. No fresh towels were provided, and the trash was never removed throughout my stay. This is unacceptable and far below basic hotel cleanliness standards.

  This is the worst service in the hotel area that I have ever been to when I arrived there was no one to check us in and when we called the answering service said that we did not have reservations we gave them the reservation number and they told us we were at the wrong property and sent us somewhere else we went to that Hilton and they said no the other Hilton was where we had the reservation and she called and the guy said yeah they have reservations here so to say the least I am really unhappy I will not return to this brand of hotel t r u

  ***BLACK MOLD**** Make sure you check the ac unit in your room for mold. I discovered mold all in the unit in my room. Right when I discovered it I went downstairs to tell the front desk. They sent maintenance up. Maintenance man confirmed it was in fact mold. He said he will let the front desk know that it is MOLD and to have us moved rooms. He was super nice. Well the hotel SUPERVISOR, TINA called up to the room we were in and was very unprofessional and rude about the situation. Told me she wishes I would have told her sooner about the mold. The second we seen the mold we told them. She asked if I had used the room. We were already there for about 2 hours. So yes we had laid down in the beds. That was very inconvenient for Tina. She was upset that I was requesting to move rooms. Mind you, I never requested for a refund. Nothing. Just asked to move rooms. Tina(HOTEL SUPERVISOR) hung the phone up in my face when I told her yes I want to move rooms. After that I went downstairs to the front desk. The front desk receptionist apologized multiple times to me for the mold and how Tina acted towards us. I asked to speak to the General manager and was advised the GM quit a week or two ago. Tina was/is the only supervisor of the hotel. Can that be stressful? Absolutely! But you never treat your guest like that. What so ever!!! This will be taken as high up as I can. My family and I also have an appointment with our PCP to be tested for mold exposure. Tina needs to understand that it wasn’t like our mini fridge just wasn’t working. We were exposed to visible MOLD in your hotel. The least Tina, again the SUPERVISOR could have done was apologize. She never did that. This could be a potential law suit. I WILL NEVER EVER STAY HERE AGAIN! This is not okay for anybody!
