  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing stay at Tru by Hilton Rockwall! Our group from the DFW metroplex included kids aged 7–20, and this hotel was perfect for everyone. The lobby is cozy with plenty of seating, the breakfast spread was great, and the rooms were spotless. The facility offers a gym, water refill stations, Jenga blocks, coloring books for kids, and even a pool table near the lobby. We also enjoyed a fun day at nearby Terry Park and had a wonderful dinner at Vidora. A special shout-out to Carmen at the reception—she was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. Thank you, Tru by Hilton, for having wonderful people like Carmen greeting guests from the front. Highly recommend!

  Tru by Hilton Rockwall Dallas Even though the staff wasn’t very talkative and we usually prefer a place with a full kitchen, Tru by Hilton Rockwall was the best option available for this stay—and it ended up being a great choice. The hotel is modern, clean, and updated, with a fun vibe throughout. The complimentary breakfast had plenty of choices, which made mornings easy. We also loved the pool table downstairs, a unique touch that made the stay feel more relaxed and social. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat—close to The Harbor and surrounded by plenty of things to do. The hotel also has great outdoor seating, perfect for unwinding in the evening. Overall, a comfortable stay in a convenient and stylish hotel. Would absolutely return.

  Good stay. The gentleman at the lobby that works till 11PM is very welcoming and nice to deal with. Also hotel in general is nice. Mainly had issues with AC being noisy and shower a bit tight. But overall worth it would come back but not to the same ac unit at the room.

  Hotel has some reasonable wear and tear, but it's clean. Smelled nice throughout. Bathroom in room was spacious and clean. Water was hot. Bed was clean and completely comfortable. The pool area is nice. It could do with updated furniture etc, but the area is welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful. We experienced a good safe place to stay for the price.

  *A SEINFELD EPISODE!!? NEVER AGAIN! As a HH member i travel frequently and everywhere. WORST CUSTOMER CARE EVER. I booked 2 months in advance a king bedroom. I use the extra space to rehearse my facilitations during the early morning hours. Imagine my surprise when I entered a two queen room! What was more surprising was the flippant report "I show you reserved this room"!!! I shared the attached screenshot, and the hotel was sold out so they couldn't make any corrections. To further, there was not even an apology or an attempt to resolve, instead I was made to feel this was my fault. HOWEVER, when I contacted HH customer service they verified the reservation was changed that day to two beds. In essence, their staff changed my preplanned reservation, didn't communicate the changes, and then made it "my fault". It is only HH Customer service that has salvaged, a little bit, my desire to continue using Hilton. But know that I've already changed one reservation to another chain to see if they do better.
