  We loved both our beautiful ladies were so awesome!! Young lady that ✔️ us in was fantastic! The young lady that checked us ot was Fantastic! Haven't gotten service like this in a long time.

  Hilton member since 2011. First time at Tru. Two night stay. Two twin twin beds. OVERALL: ● VERY CLEAN. ● GOOD BREAKFAST. ● ACCEPTABLE WORKOUT AREA. ● EASY IN AND OUT PARKING. ● UNACCEPTABLE FOR $140 STAFF: ● OUTSTANDING! EVEN THE OVERNIGHT. GENUINELY WARM AND VERY HELPFUL. ROOM: ● SMALLER THAN NORMAL ROOMS ● VERY SMALL QUEEN BEDS OR MAYBE THEY WERE FULL SIZED. 6'3" MY FEET HUNG OFF THE END. ● LUMPY MATTRESS / COLD AND NO EXTRA BLANKETS ● NO CLOSETS - HOOKS ON WALL ● NO MICROWAVE ● PAINFULLY LOW WATER PRESSURE ● EQUALLY PAINFULL SOFT WATER. ● THE FAN RAN LOUDLY ON HIGH CONTINUOUSLY. IT COULD NOT BE ADJUSTED OR TURNED OFF. THE DESK CLERK SAID ALL OF THE ROOMS WERE LIKE THAT.

  Horrible smell in bedrooms dirty sheets and hair on sheets. Told front lady she didn’t care horrible experience had to leave early because odor was horrible

  Comfortable place to stay and close to everything. It is far enough from the highway to be very quiet. The hotel is also close to a lot of great restaurants.

  I stayed at this hotel, True by Hilton on September 3 to 13. I was a woman traveling alone. I booked a 2 queen bed, so I wouldn't need room service. I didn't want anyone in my room. I consistently kept the do not disturb sign on door. If I did decide to have room service, I would put certain items away. On my ninth night, I return to my room and notice someone had been in there. The beds were made and towels changed, but not really cleaned. The do not disturb was still hanging on the door. I felt so violated. I genuinely felt uneasy. I was anxious about complaining because I was alone in a city I didn't know. If I complained, would I possibly be targeted. I chose to let the hotel know upon checkout. I asked for a manager and the lady at the front desk said she was a manager. She said she would look into it. I wrote a complaint to corporate and received a message from them on October 12 that they passed my complaint to the hotel manager and I should hear from them within 3 days. I never heard from anyone. I emailed corporate again letting them know I did not hear from anyone. This was an unacceptable violation of my privacy. I'm very disappointed. I stay at Hilton hotels frequently.
