  Wow! Went there with my wife to celebrate our anniversary and the hotel staff really went above and beyond! Loved all the special touches that they did! Highly recommend!

  I had such a wonderful experience at the Hilton in Rockwall at the Harbor. The staff went above and beyond from the moment we arrived everyone was friendly, attentive, and truly made us feel welcome. A special thank-you to Markus and his team for the incredible service. They helped tremendously throughout our stay and made everything feel effortless. The food was absolutely amazing as well, every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. Between the atmosphere, the location, and the outstanding service, this Hilton exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to return!

  We have stayed at many Hilton properties across the world and this one feels very lackluster. Service Team was kind, but not knowledgeable about their products and offerings. The housekeeping team was very kind to provide water because there are no fill stations in the hotel. Sad for the environment that there arent ways to reuse bottles. The rooms, while spacious, smelled old and stale, and there was hair on our door in our undersized restroom. The "lake view" is of the water, but you're staring at the busy highway. Not exactly a serene view. The breakfast was one of the least impressive weekend buffets. I don't think this deserves the "Hilton" name. Think your standard "free hot breakfast" at a cheaper hotel chain, but slightly better quality and it's $25/pp. It's the first time I've skipped a Hilton breakfast. I'd only stay here if it was on a very good deal for price in the area.

  DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE PARKING ON SITE. Great hotel, but they partnered with a terrible 3rd party parking management company that overcharged me for my stay. Recently the hotel changed its parking lot from being managed by the hotel to being managed by the Metropolis parking app for a posted rate of $15.99/day. The parking is supposed to work via an automated gate that uses AI to scan your license plate and pair it with an app you install on your phone. Several times the AI read my license plate incorrectly (reading a "D" as a "Q") which resulted in having to call the parking customer service while holding up all of the traffic at the gate. I checked in on a Friday evening and left the following Sunday morning. I was billed two full days as expected, but was also billed an extra $8.99 for no reason. I reached out to the parking company and received no response, so I disputed the charge with my credit card company. So long as this hotel utilizes this lousy parking service for their lot, I recommend you avoid it entirely unless you don't have to park a vehicle here.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Oasis for the Business Traveler Seeking Rest I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Rockwall Harbor hotel with my wife for a short, much-needed break between business commitments, and it was a genuinely special experience. This property is an incredible find—it provides the luxury and efficiency a road warrior expects, coupled with genuinely relaxing, waterfront vibes. The hotel itself is stunning. We were fortunate enough to receive a wonderful upgrade to a spacious suite on the fifth floor with fantastic views. The rooms are beautiful, and all the amenities were top-notch. Service Excellence: The staff is clearly dedicated to hospitality. Ariannay at the front desk offered such a warm and efficient welcome, setting a positive tone for our whole stay. Harbor Relaxation: The location is unbeatable. This hotel anchors the Rockwall Harbor area is a great place for a relaxing evening—perfect for getting your steps in, enjoying the fresh air, and taking in the beautiful water and bridge views. We enjoyed dinner and drinks with a great view at the hotel's restaurant and bar. Valet Service Beyond Compare: As a Diamond Member, the free valet parking is a fantastic perk. I must give a massive shout-out to Mohammad, the valet attendant. He was absolutely hustling—almost sprinting—to retrieve cars quickly and efficiently. That kind of speed and hustle is something business travelers truly appreciate! If you are a business traveler in the Dallas area looking for a few days to decompress, unwind, and enjoy luxury service away from the city center, the Rockwall Harbor is highly recommended. It’s a truly rewarding experience.
