Now that’s great customer service. That just goes to show that from housekeeping to the front desk, everybody is honest and professional. We will be staying there again. Thank you for doing such a great job Chloe👍
- AJAmanda JohnsonJan 19, 20261.0⚠️ Confirmed theft at the Hampton Inn in Rockwall: my mom’s wedding and anniversary rings were stolen. A door audit confirmed that a staff member entered the room when no maintenance was needed. From the beginning, communication among staff was poor, and it was extremely difficult to reach the general manager. When we finally did, he was not helpful, kind, or professional, and he yelled at my mom while she was grieving the loss of her wedding ring of 38 years, along with her 10-year and 25-year anniversary rings. The general manager initially told us no one had entered the room. Only after we demanded a door audit did he confirm that a maintenance employee had entered, despite there being no maintenance request, records, or documentation. Despite this confirmed staff entry, the general manager—who is also the franchise owner—took no accountability, showed no concern, and has continued to keep the employee working. We are still praying the rings are returned, but we are deeply hurt by the lack of responsibility and care shown by management. If you choose to stay at the Hampton Inn in Rockwall, please be aware of this situation and how it was handled

The management graciously extended my stay for an additional night. Thankful to the staff for helping me out. Overall, the hotel is good and well kept. Thanks for keeping a clean location.
