    Dirty and old . Our room number was 216 when we got the room we found an old towel from previous still hanging behind the door . The table under the sink was dirty. And the air-conditioned made loud noise . Wouldn't go back again

    So we are leaving a review because of the amazing customer service - Kailey, Nalini, Laura, Chloe, Florina we have all met. The team work is amazing. We have stayed in hotels all over the country and the world, and there is something special about this particular location. Also, we just want to say if you are looking for a place to stay close to the Dallas area go to Rockwall and stay here. Coffee is always hot. Breakfast is better than most Hampton Inn locations (not saying other Hilton/Hampton locations have bad breakfast). We have stayed in this location multiple times for different reasons. Lately it’s been due to family health issues. Beds always clean, bathrooms always clean - it helps relieve stress. I believe there is just good ol care and love here. So I should have given a review before but didn’t know how. Kim helped me out when I called to ask her. Like I said everyone there is amazing. Moreover, my husband loves the oatmeal.
