    Cleaning needs to be better and showers need to work properly and when your guest asks to go to another room Because things are not working right in that room. You should be able to switch them without any question.

    This place is very run down. We were members of IHG so it popped up and it was only 5mins from where we had plans so we booked it. It looked like someone had not cleaned in years, front desk lady was not friendly or helpful. She was too busy on her phone every time we went in the lobby. Don’t even get me started on the parking!!! It’s so small the main area to park is backed up within touching distance of an old gross looking apartment complex. Seemed super sketchy

    Not fancy, not a cute cottage. But centrally located, clean and reasonably priced. Ask for a room on odd numbered side of the building for the best water view

    Very friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Lots of restaurants and shops close by and the bay right across the street. Such a nice relaxing weekend

    Great Location! The location is the best part about our stay. The front desk (evening and morning) wasnt "that" friendly. The evening lady did at least speak and offer us complimentary water. The rooms are updated YET they are in need of some serious up keep. For the most part, they were kind of clean and the beds (king size) are a nice height for us tall people. The room had a microwave, coffee pot, mini fridge, desk and a lounge chair. I will come back only because of the location. My children did say breakfast was OK. Its a warm breakfast thats offered with the price.
