Front desk people have bad attitude. Breakfast was late to be served.

They waived the pet fee for our Service Animals, and put us in a room that had immediate outdoor access to the pool and areas the dogs needed. (The grass could stood to have been cut). Tiana was great at check out and understood the one complaint we had about the room, and said it was going to be addressed in all rooms in the near future. The location served us well for the Hummer Festival and the local market that was held the weekend of our stay...just spent too much money. lol
