Manager cleaned it after finding cleaning supplies, but it is clear its not cleaned and checked like it should be. The bathroom sink didn't drain or drains extremely slow. Ac on 65 barely kept the room comfortable. They have direct TV but only 40ish channels, and only 3 apps you can log into tubi nextflix and prime.

We arrive to the hotel to check in and go to our room and it is not the room we paid for. We go to the desk and explain and show the person at the front desk our booking itinerary showing we booked the king suite with spa and he basically shrugs his shoulders and says we have to call Priceline. He was condescending and lacked any kind of customer service. How hard would it have been to just move us to the proper room? He said we would have to create a new reservation and pay for the other room because the Priceline reservation was nonrefundable. He and the owners of this hotel have no business being in the hospitality industry! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
- AUA Google UserJan 6, 20261.0This place is horrible. Stayed over the holidays but wanted to check out a day early. With plenty of notice, I cancelled the last night, they refused. We packed up to leave but ended up going back because we were being charged anyway. The key still worked but all the sheets had been removed. The room was in the middle of being cleaned at 8PM but whoever started had gone home. I go to the front desk, they just shrug. No apology still got charged for the night. TOTAL Rip off. Don't get me started on the minimal breakfast and the horrible service. This place is a joke. Customer service means nothing to these people.
