  Disgraceful front desk service (hard to communicate with basic English), king sized beds have 4 standard sized pillow cases with half sized pillows in each. When reception questioned if we could have more pillows they said not available. Towels worn thing with holes in them. Bathroom surfaces not cleaned with large volume of hair on the floor from last people that stayed. Shower certain rail all but falling off wall. Outlets next to bed not working. Rooms only serviced every second day. Cleaner vacuums halls at 8.00am every second day banging into walls and doors. AC units sound like a small industrial factory in your room. Good amounts of restaurants within walking distance from Hotel.

  We were there for 6 nights and housekeeping only came in 1 time. We had to go down and get dry towels twice and replenish our tp. Our towels would not dry out from day to day. Do not use the washer and dryer because they are horrible. Room was pretty good and bed was comfy. Customer service was not good. Twice I went down to get some things and the guy at the front desk was talking on his phone.

  Worst customer service ever. I checked out early and because my reservation was through my company they didn’t want to honor the early check out and charged me the entire 4 days versus 2 days. They game a hard time. I would not stay here at this site.

  The motel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. Its location is convenient, and the on-site guest laundry was a great added benefit. I would highly recommend this place to others.

  This one will make you second guess Best Western, better skip. We paid over $100 for a one king w/ a pull out and the hotel was not worth the price. The plugs on one side of the bed didn’t work at all, the door didn’t want to lock, and the bathroom was not properly stocked with toiletries. Still a much more comfortable experience than cheaper hotel chains, but not on par with typical BW quality.
