  Alright, I'm not one to post reviews about places unless I really like it but I was beyond disappointed with this hotel!! When I first arrived it was good as far as first impressions but the second I got into the hotel room it was down hill. Before I start with the room I need to address the conventions they do!! understand they have spaces to book for events but I wish they would inform you of it. My first room was on the third floor and it was okay. The room was very muggy and smelt wet, the carpet had this wet feeling to it when you walked on it and it just wasn't nice. The hotel room I booked was a king suite so I was supposed to have a room and then like a separate sitting area room and they did not give me that room! The room they gave me didn't even have a chair or something in the corner it was just a bed and you could tell there use to be one they got rid of it but never replaced. My first room the bath tub didn't drain, it held water. The main bathroom light that everyone uses to get ready did not work and the ac had a broken piece so it just constantly rattled. I asked for a new room and they put me on the second floor! It was terrible! The room they put me in the secono time wasn't as nice as the first one. The light still didn't work but the bath tub did drain! The water pressure was terrible it took so long to shower. The first night in the second room was good until it stormed saturday morning. When it stormed the power went out and my ac stopped working. They also were doing a convention and put all the children in one room WITHOUT adults and all you heard was screaming at like 9am. I understand they can't wait for me to get up but when i'm on vacation and giving them my money Id like to sleep in because I wake up at 6am every morning so sleeping until 9-10am was amazing. All you heard were kids screaming and music booming and constantly loud. They had people coming and going all weekend who were not staying at the hotel and it was very chaotic. They aren't good about checking to make sure there aren't randoms going up and down so it wasn't really the safest options especially when I was by myself at the hotel. The ac also decided to start rattling Sunday morning and I had to turn off the ac for it to stop. The toilet paper in the bathroom was falling apart as I tried to use it, I would have gotten further with actual paper, it looked like it has been in that room for months with everyone using it. The bath towels were falling apart, and the pool that I was so excited for was gross. The inside pool is covered in rust and mold, the outside one was gross and looked like the water had thousands of viruses. It did only get 4ft deep which is good with children but im not one and I don't have any so I was very disappointed!! I have stayed at a lot of hotels and given my hard earned money to a lot of places and I was very disappointed with this hotel. The pictures online was not what it looked like, they even had the side doors wide open for anyone to walk in so you didn't even have to come in the front door because no one was closing the side doors! It was unsafe, gross, loud and chaotic, it was the worst experience i've had in a hotel room. My nice trip was turned into a fight and a very complicated weekend and all I wanted was peace and quiet especially when I live in a house full of people. I will never be returning and the fact that they still charged me the price they did for that horrible weekend is absolutely ridiculous! I wish I coulo get a full refund because it was horrible! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND DO NOT STAY HERE!!

  Raggedy, hot water problems, mildew on the tiles, tub not draining properly, not a pleasant stay at all

  We stayed at this hotel for 10 days, and they had to move us into 4 different rooms because of all the problems. The first room was filthy. Then there was no hot water. A broken shower head. No bathroom fan. A 1 and 1/2 inch gap at the bottom of the door leading to the hallway. A staff member entered the room without knocking or announcing herself to bring us more towels, which we didn't even ask for! The rooms were all so dark, with inadequate lighting. Etc., etc., etc. Finally, the "free" breakfast was disgusting. The exact same items every day, and leftovers put out again and again. I wish we could have moved to a different hotel, but that was not an option. Finally, the manager said he'd provide compensation on our bill, but when we checked out, we were charged full price. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay.

  This place feels like something out of a horror movie. Stairs decrepit (weird green paint, yellowing lights, heavy doors), lobby smells, and the statues out front give Denver airport vibes. Also room extremely humid and the walls and ceiling are decaying from the humidity. The towels were yellow as well. You can find better for cheaper. Not coming back.
