Jenny changed for my family one bed to 2, compliment 2 bottles of water and 2 cookies when arrived. Hector was attentive and courteous and helpful for check-in. Bathtub clogged and was clear pretty quick late at night. Can get late check out at 12 noon at no cost. Other front desk associates were also helpful. Facility was great to stay, 3 elevators to go up and down fast.

Her name is Cora and she is really a good person really smiley and she looks happy like happy to do what she is doing. This is not my first time here and I want to thank her from here publicly thank you Cora

I have to say, every department — especially housekeeping — was nothing short of outstanding.
The only areas that could use a little improvement were the bedding and pillows, which weren’t quite as comfortable as expected.
Other than that, the DoubleTree was a great choice for our business trip, and overall it was a very positive experience.

Check out the $20 buffet
... Plastic and Styrofoam bowls and coffee cups, warm orange juice, extremely basic continual breakfast.... not great. I'll try a different hotel next time I visit the area on this basis alone..
Honestly there is a full kitchen right there and yet they use disposable everything....
There are good coffee places nearby so go find coffee elsewhere. Same with breakfast! Hotel isn't bad otherwise but the breakfast is embarrassing...

Me and my daughter stayed there on 1 of the coldest nights here in Texas 1/24 when we made it upstairs to the room the heat was on 75 degrees is was chilly in there so I turned the heat up to 85 just to warm up the room it was blowing out cold air so I called the front desk they sent the engineer guy up to check the heat he was unable to fix it he said he could bring us a heater and that we could change rooms the next day the heater was a desk heater there was no way it could warm up the room
Fast forward we event to our event came back the room was super cold we had to sleep in our clothes to try and stay warm we would have been better off sleeping in the car cause there was heat but that was not safe upon check out I asked how would the heater issue be rectified the clerk offered breakfast but the night before a room was offered she went on to say that there's nothing she could do I then asked for a manager there wasn't one available to assist me at that time I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy
