The highlight of the stay was definitely the hot breakfast, which was a nice touch to start the day. However, there were a few downsides worth mentioning. Firstly, the property does not have an elevator, so guests with heavy luggage should be prepared for that. I encountered some issues during check-in due to my booking through Expedia, but the staff was quite helpful and called to resolve the matter promptly. One concern I had was with housekeeping. They knocked on our door at 9 AM while we were still asleep. When I declined their service, the housekeeper unnecessarily informed me that check-out time was at 11 AM. I believe it would be more considerate for housekeeping to wait until at least 10:30 AM before knocking on doors. Overall, while the stay had its positives, I think some adjustments could enhance the guest experience.
