  Love this place! Family friendly is an understatement. From the moment i was met me at the front desk, I felt at home. Rhonda informed me on the rewards program and hooked us up with a 2pm checkout.🥳Breakfast was amazing, as usual! My kids ask to come back to this place for a reason, we always feel welcomed. Would definitely recommend 10/10❤️

  Note the address on Google Maps IS WRONG. The hotel is by the McDonalds in Raymondvillle Not on the side of the random highway…. Hotel is one of nicer hotels in Raymondville Has gym and pool. Liked how weights in gym go up to 50lbs. So can do various exercises with bench. Room is nice and modern and clean. First room i checked in, they needed to chg air filter in AC , new room went in was cleaner air. But it has a buzzing sound every minute, maybe it is from utility room or something down stairs but hard to sleep.

  My stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Raymondville, Texas did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or maintenance. The room showed signs of blackmold, which raises serious health and safety concerns. In addition, there was no hot water available during my stay, and the air-conditioning unit was leaking all over the floor, creating water issues in the room. I woke up not able to breathe from the black mold. These are fundamental issues that should be addressed before a room is made available to guests. I expected a significantly higher level of quality and upkeep from a Holiday Inn Express property. Unfortunately, this location fell far short of those expectations. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

  VACATIONERS BEWARE Our stay at this Holiday Inn was absolutely unacceptable. We checked into our room only to discover there was no hot water. After notifying the front desk, we were moved to another room—only to find that this room also had no hot water. We went to bed hoping things couldn’t get worse, but woke up the next morning to water all over the floor because the air conditioning unit had leaked. To make matters even worse, there was black mold in the bathroom, which is a serious health concern. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout this entire ordeal. Despite the multiple issues and unsafe conditions, they refused to refund our money and essentially told us to “deal with it.” This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Poor maintenance, unsanitary conditions, and disrespectful staff. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
