Unfortunately, the front desk couldn't smell it (probably because they've got used to it). Our room, #109, was even worse unfortunately. We had a 3 day stay this last week and we tried to stay out of the hotel as much as possible due to the smell. I hope this hotel can fix this issue but others should be warned to check the hotel out before you book a room.

Check-in was quick and easy thanks to her friendly attitude and attention to detail. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She also gave us helpful information about the hotel amenities and their hours, which made everything so convenient. The room was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—we had an amazing sleep that night! The only area I think could use a little improvement is the breakfast selection. While the cinnamon buns were a hit and the coffee was extremely delicious, having a wider variety of breakfast options would really elevate the experience. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I’ll definitely be checking in again for my next vacation. Thanks again to Ms. Rhonda and the Holiday Inn team for the excellent hospitality! -Jessica
