In addition, there was no hot water available during my stay, and the air-conditioning unit was leaking all over the floor, creating water issues in the room. I woke up not able to breathe from the black mold. These are fundamental issues that should be addressed before a room is made available to guests. I expected a significantly higher level of quality and upkeep from a Holiday Inn Express property. Unfortunately, this location fell far short of those expectations. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

After notifying the front desk, we were moved to another room—only to find that this room also had no hot water. We went to bed hoping things couldn’t get worse, but woke up the next morning to water all over the floor because the air conditioning unit had leaked. To make matters even worse, there was black mold in the bathroom, which is a serious health concern. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout this entire ordeal. Despite the multiple issues and unsafe conditions, they refused to refund our money and essentially told us to “deal with it.” This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Poor maintenance, unsanitary conditions, and disrespectful staff. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
