As soon as I mentioned my to papered service dogs which I said I can provide paperwork. He told me he sold his last room 30 mins ago. This unacceptable and I will be contacting someone about this. This is illegal.

Bags full of trash left in the hallway. To top it all off, our card got charged for more than 25+ different transactions and the hotel said they couldn’t do anything about it.
