  Herd from the locals it’s brand new so it was very clean and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful I had no issues with my medical alert SD Body wash was broken in the shower I showed the staff really enjoyed the bathroom mirror and how the center is fog proof

  Overall the hotel was great! I loved the area because it wasn’t too crowded. It felt like a little getaway itself! Kimberly at the front desk was one of the sweetest people I’ve met at a IHG hotel! The only slight issue was the breakfast attendant started putting food away and turning off the lights at 9:05 when breakfast was promised until 9:30.

  The person working the front desk was great. I felt like the room was amazing and clean. Breakfast was amazing and the hotel is next to universal kids, and prosper tx. It's amazing because I come here often. Will be using them again.

  Very surprised at the cleanliness and amenities at this hotel. Everything was wonderful the location the price the bed was so comfortable had not slept so well in so long.

  My recent stay at this Holiday Inn Express provided a mix of modern comfort and several operational challenges. The hotel is situated in a remote location on the edge of town, which means there are no nearby eateries or dining options within walking distance. I ended up having my dinner delivered via Uber Eats. Arrival and Check In The hotel interior lobby was undergoing maintenance due to recent storms, with large fans running to dry out the wet carpets. Parking at the front of the hotel is quite limited. However, the check in process was a highlight, as the desk worker was efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the property. Room Experience and Privacy The room itself was new and clean, featuring modern fixtures and amenities. The WiFi connection was notably strong and fast. However, I encountered two significant issues with the room placement and door design: Noise: My room was located on the first floor near the maid room and an exit door, which resulted in loud door closing sounds throughout the evening and night. Privacy Gap: The guest room door was raised about an inch off the tile floor, leaving a large gap that compromised privacy by allowing a clear view into the room. I had to roll up a large body towel and stuff it into the opening to feel secure. Facilities and Breakfast The bathroom was clean and provided plenty of hot water for my morning shower. Unfortunately, the included breakfast was disappointing. Both of the on-demand coffee makers were out of order, which is a major drawback for a morning meal service.
